We Move in Tomorrow
Chris from HomeDax was very accommodating throughout the process. He showed us several last-minute viewings until we finally found an apartment we loved, and guided us through the co-op application process, which was pretty intense. I'm not sure we could have done it on our own.

Wonderful experience
Worked with Mohammed on couple of our properties. He has been amazing and very patient with our request. What I like about Homedex is their resources to the wide range of quality customer base and the attention that we get from their agent. We've worked with HomeDax and Mohammed for three occasions: two purchases and one sale. In each instance they have worked very hard on behalf of us and sometime even go above and beyond to handled things that are not within their responsibilities. They were every on top of things and responsive. They helped us navigate through the difficult NYC market during the pandemic for over two years without complaints and were able to close the deal as soon as possible. Their prices are also very competitive, for buyers and sellers alike.I cannot be happier with them and would not hesitate to work with them again.

First Time Home Buyer NYC
As a first time home-buyer buying in NYC can be stressful, especially in a hot market. Christos and his colleagues at HomeDax made me feel at ease and were very good at getting the deal done efficiently. Christos was integral to come out on top of a bidding war and if it wasn't for him I would've lost my dream home. He was professional, courteous and always answered all my questions.

Christos Drakakis from Home Dax represented us on the sale of our apartment and purchase of a new home. I give my highest recommendation to use his services and that of Home Dax. He was professional and calm throughout the entire cycle - from listing photos through to closing - and was always acting proactively in our interests providing helpful advice, updates and suggestions. He was always available when needed and handled many of the obstacles we encountered with a measured and warm approach.After listing our apartment and the open house we had a solid offer within a week, which he skillfully negotiated. At the same time he negotiated an excellent price on the apartment we purchased. This came after he had chauffeured us around town for viewings, which were coordinated efficiently.Chris is a no-nonsense, straight forward and honest broker. He is very trustworthy and went well beyond our expectations. In the end we got a great result on both transactions and he got both deals done within a tight deadline, saving us a lot of money. Don't waste your time with the usual brokers who promise a lot but underdeliver, give Chris a call!

Chris is hands down the best broker
Chris is hands down the best broker we have ever worked with in the context of a real estate transaction (and we have been through this process many times). He was able to maintain constant communication throughout the process, provide valuable advice at all times, manage to juggle expectations between the many different parties involved (seller, seller's broker, two banks, lawyers, title company) to ensure we meet the deadlines. Several times, the transaction was at high risk of falling through but Chris persevered and flipped the situation to our advantage every single time. To the point where we were asking ourselves, "how does he do this?"! I recommend Chris to anyone looking to purchase or rent in NYC. He will make the process a breeze if the parties are cooperating, and if they aren't (like it was in our case), he is the right guy to push things through the finish line no matter the adverse circumstances. Thank you Chris from the bottom of our hearts, we cannot wait for our next condo purchase! We are available as a reference to provide more details/context if anyone needs to discuss.

Buying our first home
Buying our first home, Mohammed and Nick were extremely helpful in helping me understand the process. It took about 2 years to finally land on our home - there were a few homes that we decided against and backed out on in between but they always supported us on our decisions. Mohammed and Nick were both patient and worked around our times and schedule without being pushy.There was also little to no lag in communication from scheduling open houses to closing and they were never afraid to explain anything real estate/home buying, even if it didn't relate to my current situation.Although there were times where I felt pressured or rushed during the offer process, resulting in a bit of stress, I know it was because Mohammed and Nick was just looking out for our best interest to ensure we secured the home we wanted.It was a good experience working with Mohammed and Nick and hope any future buyers get the same experience we did.

Purchasing an NYC property with HomeDax…
Purchasing an NYC property with HomeDax is probably the best real estate decision I have ever made. Raed is so professional, polite, and responsive. We worked as a team. It takes us a little over two months from identifying a targeted area, viewing a few alternatives, making an offer, negotiating terms, entering a contract, preparing all the paperwork for the board application, to the closing. What a smooth transaction! HomeDax has fulfilled its promises in terms of helping buyers like me to complete a purchase timely and cost-effectively. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to any of my friends.

There are no better hands to be in
I'm so lucky to have found HomeDax. They helped me with my first purchase -- a NYC coop, which comes with a whole assortment of additional complexities. Their knowledge of the area and market streamlined everything. Raed from HomeDax handheld the process every step of the way, was a wealth of information and advice, was able to negotiate 7% off the asking price on my behalf, was immediately available for all my needs and to answer any questions day or night (even when on "vacation"!), and was instrumental in preparing the coop application for the board. Raed's trustworthiness diminished the stress normally associated with this process, and for that I'm forever grateful. The only downside of them getting me my dream apartment is that although I look forward to working with them again, I'll probably have no need to for a long time!

Highly recommend
I had a great experience working with the HomeDax team, especially Nick Oliver and Arissa Ifill, on the listing and sale of my Coop apartment. For the professionalism, timeliness, great communication, competitive pricing, I would highly recommend the HomeDax team to any friend in the process of looking to buy or sell an apartment. Wanted to take the time to share some observations I made during my process:- Responsiveness: after my initial appointment with Nick, he took photos / 3d tour of my apartment, got the paperwork done, and listing went live the next day, complete with virtual staging. Nick is one of the few people I've worked with who has consistently replied to my emails / inquiries within the same day, which I really appreciate and respect.- Professionalism: the time when I listed (Aug 2020) was one of the worst times for showings, as NYC just re-opened the real estate showing policy, and market had just started to recover. Despite the challenges, Arissa was able to consistently show the apartment every week in person, to the point my building doorman all knew her. For each potential buyer, Arissa documented in a Google Sheet with their interest level and concise feedback, followed up patiently and updated me regularly on the status. While I was traveling abroad, Arissa helped coordinate calls, visits, paperwork between agents, building staff, management office, which I was really impressed with, and demonstrated the degree of professionalism which earned my trust.- Strategy: Nick and Arissa arranged strategy calls with me at key points in the process, to understand my needs and thoughts, and gave me great advice on dealing with several offers we had received. As a result, things moved quickly and in the end I had a satisfactory combination of offer price and timing.

Purchasing a home is difficult on its…
Purchasing a home is difficult on its own. Add a pandemic with a hot seller’s market into the mix and it becomes even more challenging. Thankfully, we were lucky enough to work with a realtor who had our best interest at heart. Christos Drakakis from Homedax Real Estate supported us as first time home buyers. He took time to help us understand the process, answering all of our questions. Christos was patient with us, showing us all the houses we were interested in and providing comps that fit what we were looking for. When there were bumps in the road he checked in to see if we were ok, helped move the process along by working with the lawyers, seller’s agent and any other parties involved. There was a moment when a house we were closing on fell through due to terms that were not fair to a buyer. Although our hearts were set on that house, Christos helped us stay level headed pointing out items that could pose issues for us in the future. There are not enough kind words for me to share regarding the support my family received from Christos and Homedax Real Estate. The process from first inquiry to closing went smoothly and was fully supported at every step of the way.

Had a easy and pleasant experience working with the HomeDax team. We approached Adam Glaser and Nick at HomeDax based on online reviews.Adam was very helpful and knowledgeable in guiding us through the home buying experience. Through the hot real estate market during the Covid season we saw many houses. Adam was very patient, always available and made the arrangements for viewing open houses.Through the contract process Adam was also very helpful in following up with the seller to address few of our concerns. We also ended using his recommendations for our home renovation which also turned out to be great.Overall our experience was nice and I really thank them for their service and dedication.
