They don't work. they don't match the student to HS family even applied by 1 month before. and the receptionist doesn't do anything, and she doesn't answer any question. all she say is I don't know. cuz I'm just receptionist. That's all she says. and the housing coordinator works once a week, so you cannot even get back the email once a week.
