Item shipped 11 days after order
I like Hoodriderz... but 11 days to just send it out is too long. Now probably 3 - 5 more days for it to arrive. Being out of commission this long wasn't great.

I got a ninebot one parking stand incomplete and I called for the other parts and they sent me non original parts from ninebot..

Ninebot is an excellent product, now it's even better with "boots on the ground" service in the US. Tim Haden has done an excellent job offering electric unicycle transport products thru cooperative relations with Ninebot in the US. Come check him out.

Wow that was fast
My son had been searching for a hover board type devise for months. So glad he stumbled on this company. He ordered w/ free shipping and had it w/in 24 hours!!! This 12 yr old, buying his first big item, online, w/ his own money was VERY eager to get his package in. Thanks so much for the quick turnaround. Devise was ready to go right out of the box and easy to use (for him). Took over two hours before it started to slow down and need a proper charge. Very pleased and will buy from here again. Highly recommend.

Tim is a Stellar agent at Hoodriderz; I like that I get call backs the same day by him, the establishment location on the East coast and me being on the West. Thinking I wouldn't get a prompt response, but I do ! Tim Haden makes discussions patient--just always a professional. 👍🏽
