This is a partial SCAM website, do not use.
Read the reviews elsewhere on Hotelsone.com and NOT here on Trustpilot. This is the only website with positive reviews. Hotelsone.com is a partial scam website. They are made to look exactly like the direct website for the hotel you are searching for. Their rates will be far less than all other sites. However, when you book, they will charge upwards of $500 dollars in fees and make it look as if that is the standard fees for hotels in the area you are booking. These are NOT standard and are the scam. Once you book you can never get these fees back. Be sure to check with the direct hotel website or Expedia for the OVERALL cost and you will find that they are much cheaper without the obvious “scam” booking fees.

Single people are important!
Well the hotel is good but I wanted to book a single room but the computer system will not allow me to do this. There are plenty of single people out there who not need a double room and do not want to pay for a double!

reservation agent (garberville phone…
reservation agent (garberville phone number) was rude, quickly muttered something then disconnected the call. I would not have known what occurred but for an auto text he apparently sent. VERY unpleasant experience! Not off to a good start for our first time visit. Also, it would be helpful if you clarified what you are referencing below re "reference number". Are you asking for confirmation code? Nothing you sent references a "reference number".
