Totally a SCAM

Totally a SCAM! i booked cruise and found out that only a few cruises are eligible for reward points (RP) redemption. There is no set guide on which cruises are exempt from the RP and i have to pay inflated price. There is no customer service number to call. I booked a cruise after hours or searching and i ended up paying 1.5 time what i would have paid at Expedia/costco. I have been a member of good standing for last 3 years and paid $4500+ in payments. Very disappointed inthis MLM scam!

STAY AWAY from inCruises (inGroup)

STAY AWAY FROM THEIR MEMBERSHIP! Unless what you want to do is pay your dues every month (100 USD) for the rest of your life or risk losing it all. That's what happened to us. We allowed our membership to lapse since we figured we'd never be able to use our contributions (and the reward points) to their full benefit - you can only pay for your trip with a small percentage of your points, never in full. Therefore, you will never be able to empty your account. And if you stop paying your montly fee, you'll lose all your points and they will keep your money. They have over 5,000 USD of our money sitting in their account and are refusing to refund a penny of it. However, we COULD use the money to pay for a trip but only a small percentage of it at a time. It will take us several trips (years) for us to empty that account. And inCruises will make money on each and every one of those bookings. We've tried filling out tickets and sending emails only to be refused at every turn. They are keeping our money and we have received ZERO benefit from them.See how it works? If this review is helpful, we're glad we could help before you make the same mistake we did. See you in 2047 when we're done with inCruises for good!

I was Premium Incruises customer disappointed by their lack of responsibility

I am a Premium Incruises customer and last December I purchased a cruise in the Emirates operated by Celestyal through them.I did not receive minimal instructions regarding the boarding formalities - departure port, terminal, etc. that I should have received normally prior to departure, as part of a contract. Therefore, I randomly took Google Maps, being in Dubai a few hours before the ship's departure and trying to contact a call center - either Celestyal or Incruises. Both had no public hours. I arrived at the first port - Dubai Cruise Harbor - which was closed, no sign of the cruise ship. From the Uber driver I learned that “it could be the second port”, namely Port Rashid, located 35 km away and almost 90 minutes by car - traffic in Dubai on Saturday evening is extremely difficult. We arrived at the port and found the ship by “visual contact”, we managed to board shortly before its departure.I opened a ticket with InCruises in which I asked how they planned to compensate me for non-existent customer care. In the meantime, when boarding the ship I found out that I had also lost a bonus of 100 euros / person granted for booking excursions during the cruise, if I exercised this right before departure. Since InCruises did not inform me of this right, since it did not inform me where I should have boarded, I also lost this bonus.InCruises' response to my complaint and request for compensation for this abusive treatment was that I should have asked for these infromation, to check with their customer care department before leaving.Because the only relationship I have with InCruises is when they warn me that I have X days left until I have to pay the subscription, I decided to interrupt it, not before publishing this review and the recommendation to contract your cruises directly from the operators. InCruises has no customer care service, it is just a bank that collects monthly fees, with no responsibility towards its customers.

This company is a thief

This company is a thief. They use a semi-legal pyramid marketing scheme. I recently asked to close my account with them. There was $200 in the balance. Despite assurances that they have returned my money, it has not been returned to my card for more than a month. I wrote to them multiple times by email, but they do not answer. They just took my money.

Total scam

Total scam. I’ve lost more than $1000 just to realize that their price with their discounts at least 30% more than reputable cruise company I used for years. When I tried to book cruise just to use money I’ve already paid, all my real money disappeared from my account.

Feels Like a Trap Designed to Protect the Company, Not the Customer

I am sharing this review based on my personal experience and opinion, to warn others before they make the same mistake my family did. After being involved with inCruises, it has become clear to me that this program is designed primarily to protect the company legally, not to serve customers fairly. The contract is written in an extremely complex and restrictive way, and in my opinion, it is intentionally structured to make it nearly impossible for regular people to hold the company accountable.According to their contract, customers are forced into mandatory arbitration in Puerto Rico, waive the right to sue, waive the right to a jury trial, and waive the right to participate in any class action. In my opinion, this creates a massive power imbalance and effectively prevents most customers from ever pursuing legal action due to cost, distance, and lack of resources. The entire system appears to rely on the assumption that most people will not complain, will not fully understand the contract, and will not have the money, time, or legal knowledge to fight back. The so-called “Bonus Points” are not real money, cannot be withdrawn, and are governed by rules that make it extremely difficult to ever use the full balance. In practice, once you are inside the system, leaving without losing money is extremely difficult.A few months ago, there was a large wave of complaints online (especially on Trustpilot), and the company’s rating dropped dramatically. This happened after many users, including us, experienced issues related to missed monthly payments and sudden loss of Bonus Points, which we believe were caused by confusing communication and unclear rules. In our case, our account was marked inactive and our Bonus Points were wiped out. When we contacted support, we were told that this was entirely our fault and that nothing could be done.Only after widespread public outrage and numerous complaints appeared online did the company’s leadership step in and restore balances for affected users. This raised serious concerns for us about how customers are treated unless public pressure is applied. What is even more concerning is that despite the large number of unresolved complaints, the company’s public ratings later recovered significantly. From a customer’s perspective, this recovery did not seem to align with actual resolution of customer issues, which raises questions about how these ratings were restored. At this point, we continue paying only because stopping would mean losing our entire balance again. We are effectively forced to stay active, hoping to eventually book a cruise and recover at least part of what was already paid.Even the cruise booking process feels like another trap. According to their rules, you must book months in advance and then remain an active paying member until the cruise date. This means that even after booking, you are forced to continue paying for several more months or risk cancellation with no refund. In my opinion, this program operates in a legal gray zone — technically covered by its contract, but clearly not customer-friendly. I deeply regret not reading every detail more carefully, but like many people, I trusted that a well-marketed travel company would act fairly.I wish I had known all of this beforehand. I would never have subscribed under any circumstances. I strongly urge anyone considering inCruises to read every line of the contract, search independent reviews, and understand that once you are in, getting out without losing money is extremely hard.

InCruises A Scam for old people

My experience with InCruises — and why I strongly recommend staying awayThis is my personal experience and my personal opinion after trying to use InCruises, and I’m sharing it so others don’t repeat my mistakes.I joined InCruises hoping to save money on cruises, but very quickly I realized that, for me, the whole system felt like a terrible deal:Prices were much higher than everywhere elseDespite all the marketing about “exclusive savings,” every cruise I checked ended up being 20–30% more expensive than booking through normal travel agencies or well-known public sites or agenties.Even after using all the points I accumulated, I still found the same itineraries up to $2,000 cheaper elsewhere. That was shocking. The so-called “price guarantee” was impossible to use!!!They advertise a price-match guarantee, but in my experience it was basically unusable. They kept asking for extremely specific documents: full breakdown of taxes and gratuitiesamounts listed /per passenger without any discounts...Comparisons only from approved public sites WITHOUT discounts. But any serious agency offers discounts.I sent six legitimate offers from agencies and public sites.Every single one was rejected with a new excuse. It felt like the rules were designed to make it impossible to qualify. 🚩 Zero transparency in paperworkInstead of a professional contract, I got a **one-page vague receipt**.No cabin category details, no taxes, no tips, no breakdown of costs — nothing.I felt legally unprotected. You pay thousands of dollars upfront, but have almost no formal documentation to rely on.🚩 *Terrible poor customer supportThe support team, in my experience, felt disorganized, unprofessional, and at times borderline rude.I rarely received clear answers. If something went wrong on the trip, I had no idea who I could actually contact. THEY ARE NOT A TRAVEL AGENCY Therefore neither you have no support to call in case of problems. From what I saw, the focus seemed to be more on recruiting new members than on offering real value. You’re encouraged to pay for cruises months in advance, at prices that (in my case) were higher than normal market rates. To me, it felt like a system where the money comes from members, not savings. My conclusion (and my strong advice)InCruises is absolutely NOT worth joining. If you do even minimal research on standard cruise websites, you can find better deals instantly — with clear contracts, real customer service, and genuine price transparency.I truly regret spending my money here, and I hope sharing my experience helps even one person avoid the same frustration and financial loss.

The most ridiculous company

The most ridiculous company! Very efficient in collecting membership payments, but 0 customer support. My parents were left stranded in Tenerife without their luggage and no way to contact InCruises (no phone number, no email, just an online form noone replies to). Absolute Disgrace! The ship company and the port won't speak to us, because we are not the travel agent! A week later we haven't heard from InCruises even after sending in a form, called 10 different numbers to try and locate the bag and now we are being asked to arrange our own courier in a foreign language! AVOID!AVOID!AVOID!

Member IDHKAYDRMN4

Member ID: HKAYDRMN4I have been a member of inCruises since 2019. From the beginning of my membership, I made my payments regularly and on time. To date, I have personally paid a total of USD 3,200 in cash. In addition, the system credited USD 3,000 as a bonus, bringing my total account balance to USD 6,200.Last month, due to health-related issues, I was forced to delay my payment by only one month. I informed the company in a timely manner and provided official medical reports. Despite this, my account was frozen. The main issue I am currently facing is as follows:My personally deposited USD 3,200 in cash has not been refunded.I am not allowed to make reservations using my own funds. The system only allows limited discounts during bookings, calculated on inflated prices approximately 17% above market rates, which does not constitute free or fair use of my money.I would like to clearly emphasize that:The USD 3,200 is not a bonus; it is my own money.I did not sign any written contract with the company.Blocking access to my accumulated cash balance due to a single, medically documented one-month delay is unacceptable.I am also the owner of a tourism company and operate a licensed travel agency, so I am well aware of how customer rights and good-faith resolutions should be handled in this industry. My request is straightforward:Either my account should be reactivated so I can fully use my personally deposited USD 3,200 to make reservations,Or the full amount of USD 3,200 should be refunded to me.Any solution outside of these two options does not fairly address the issue, as it prevents me from freely using my own funds.I am submitting this complaint to the trustpilot in the hope of a good-faith and fair resolution. Otherwise, I will be forced to pursue my legal and financial rights.

Worst travel company

Very poor customer service. Difficult to contact. Only has one form of contact in their website which is Contact Us thru support. I have been sending them several messages since end of September 2025 so i can use my unused membership savings for a Carribean cruise in 2026, since I already canceled my membership, but they have been ignoring me. Tried to book a cruise in their website but I can only use about 17% of my money!!! Seriously??? I need to use all of money at one time and avoid further transactions with this company. Too much hassle. Definitely have no plans of becoming a member again just so I can use my accumulated savings. Worst travel company I’ve experienced.

I’ve been a member of InCruises for a while now, and I can honestly say it has completely changed the way I plan my vacations. The membership offers incredible savings on cruises, and the booking process is seamless and user-friendly. The customer support team is always helpful and responsive, making every experience smooth and enjoyable. What I love most is the flexibility and the opportunity to explore destinations I wouldn’t have considered before. If you’re looking for a way to travel more, save money, and have access to exclusive deals, InCruises is the perfect choice! Highly recommended!

Scammers

They need to explain the business properly. I just lost a thousand dollars, not counting the points I couldn't use in the end... dishonest scammers.

SCAM, do not sign up

I should probably start by saying that this company is a pyramid scheme. They hire representatives, who work on commission and bring clients in. Once they grow their portfolio to a decent size, they hire new representatives, who also bring clients, get commission and their "hiring" representative gets a chunk of profit as well. I feel I had to explain this first for you to understand where the positive reviews are coming from - most of them are written by their representatives, who get commission and free trips from this company. This company is a scam of the century and should be shut down, I cannot belive no one tried to sue them yet. You pay a certain fee (€100 per month) and accumulate points (when you pay a €100, you get another €100 worth on top in points). You can then use those points towards booking a cruise, however you can only pay half of the cost in the points value, and half in cash/bank transfer. Essentially what you get is a 25% "discount". Sounds great, until you realise that you cannot stop paying them monthly until you actually go on your cruise (meaning you continue to accumulate money on your account) and, if one day you decide to leave the company/close your account, you cannot withdraw the money you have already paid in. My parents have over €6,000 of actual money (excluding points) on their account and they were told that they cannot withdraw it. I still cannot believe this is happening in 2025 and companies like this are allowed to operate. Their customer service is an absolute joke too, they never reply, and even when/if they do, they are as useful as a bike to a fish. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! It is much cheaper and safer
