From my sales rep, Tanika, for her product knowledge and support to excellent installation from Tony and crew, the whole install was so easy. This is my third install with this company - INDEPENDENT CARPET ONE is the place to go for quality care and beautiful floors. Susan D.
It's me, again! Yesterday Luis was at my front door to install the carpet on my stairway. What a wonderful man! Very personable and knowledgeable about the installation that can be challenging with stairways! He is a very hard worker and, I believe, a perfectionist! (Which is very important to the customer!) "Mi casa, su casa," I told him as he began his work. And, indeed, he installed my carpet as he would have installed his own! He did an excellent job! Thank you, Luis! Again, I say, do not hesitate to call Independent Carpet One for all your flooring needs!

The person doing your commercial on tv is a woman with a very loud squeaky voice, so annoying, had to turn off the sound. Change your spokesperson

Great experience from start to finish! Bob, my salesman, was fantastic. I was interested in sheet vinyl flooring and he helped me pick out several possibilities. I was able to take large samples home to try them in my space to see which worked best. Install was about 2 - 3 weeks from order. Scheduling install was very easy and they worked with my schedule. The installer, was fantastic! He was very concerned with my happiness with the product and installation. The new flooring looks great and feels good under foot. I am very happy and would highly recommend!

My family and I originally thought we would save money by buying our carpet at Home Depot. Our experience was horrific from the second the Home Depot installers entered our home. After many tears, we called Independent Carpet One. From the start, we loved that it is a family owned business. We immediately felt in good hands after speaking with Bob Francavilla on the phone. Bob was so kind and had us come to see him that very night. We were greeted by his sweet niece at the desk, had a lot of fun during our visit, and left with such an incredible value. We were able to get a premium carpet and pad, for not much more than the cheaper carpet and pad we were originally purchasing at Home Depot. Since the carpet we chose was already in the warehouse, our carpet was installed later the same week. Our installers, John Phillips and his two sons, did a fantastic job installing our carpet. You could tell as you watched them that they are extremely knowledgeable about how to correctly install carpet. They were clean as they worked, did not damage any walls, and vacuumed the carpet before they left, leaving it all looking amazing. Our experience from start to finish was fantastic. Our salesmen Jason McKeehan was very informative and worked with us until we found the right brand and color. We have procrastinated on buying new carpet but finally had to get it done. It took a few visits to evaluate samples in our home but are very pleased with the results. The hardest part was packing the entire house for the install but it was worth it. Our installers, Nate Adams and Sean Warchuck, were great. Nate is a wonderful mentor for Sean, his apprentice. They were timely and neat and kept us informed on any issues. They discovered carpenter ant nests in the last room, which delayed the completion until the exterminator could mitigate. I'm sure other companies would have just installed the carpet without advising us of the problem. Also really liked getting a refund check from the Karastan sale. Thank you for beautifying our home.
We just had new Karastan SmartStrand carpeting put in our living room by Independent Carpet One in Westland. Our experience with the sales person, Jeane Salter was exceptional. She helped us find the perfect carpet for our home.The installers, Doug and Jason, were very professional. They did such an amazing job. We absolutely love this carpet.
Tamika Thomas was extremely helpful to me in finding the perfect carpet for our new condo--and at a very affordable price. The installation by Doug and Jason was quick and clean. Independent Carpet One made the entire experience very pleasant, and we LOVE our new carpet.
I have been using this company for 30 years for all my flooring projects my salesman was Bob F I have always received the best of service from him I just had my bathroom Floor replaced today the Installer was Don Kaminski and his crew did a great job they were very polite to my parents and when they were finished with the job they cleaned up everything and they even wiped the floor down they went the extra mile for customer service I would recommend Independent Carpet One Westland to anyone looking for flooring servicesKen MGarden City Mi

My wife and I wanted new carpet for our family room and bedrooms. After shopping around all over town we still could not decide what we wanted. With all the different grades/types/warranties of carpet we really didn’t unstable what fit our needs. The sales person Jeanne showed tremendous patience and was a great help as she showed us basically all the carpet in the store, explaining the differences and making sure we got quality carpet for a fair price.
Everyone that I dealt with from the salesman and staff at the store to the installers both for vinyl flooring and stairway carpeting, did an excellent and very professional job!
Jeane was very helpful with picking carpet and LVT flooring. We had multiple combinations laid out all over the showroom and then let me take samples home to see what really worked with my space. The installers were great and asked questions about how I would like difficult areas finished off.

The installers, father & two sons were EXCELLENT!!!! My floor looks beautiful. I love it I will recommend your company to all my friends. I only had 1 disappoint ment. They didn't leave any left over borards. In case in the future one needs to be replaced.
