Unprofessional staff
I purchased a wowcher voucher for a balayage, the voucher did state that longer hair would be an additional £10 which was fine. I travelled to Hammersmith from Kent. Waited about 45 minutes before I was seen, the guy clearly couldn’t be bothered to do my hair, he said the voucher was for short hair only( which wasn’t stated on the voucher) he said it would be an additional £300 on top of what I had already paid and then he walked away, he said the voucher said “from £10, which it didn’t, it said £10. It was pretty clear that the voucher was valid, he just didn’t want to do it. Terrible experience and customer service!! Not one of the staff were English either
