I ordered the wrong watch and they wouldn't let me return or exchange it
I ordered the wrong watch and they wouldn't let me exchange or return it. I'm an over the road truck driver and didn't open my mail until after the 30 day return policy. All I wanted was a simple exchange or return and they kept me on hold for 30 minutes. They wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor. Very disappointed and would not recommend buying from this company.
