FALSE ADVERTISING! DO NOT BUY
FALSE ADVERTISING!! Do NOT buy from JTFI purchased a printer from them, under the impression it was free shipping and the full printer set, when placing the order the invoice they sent had $540 dollars for "shipping and handling" which originally was supposed to be free, but they gave a bs excuse that it was due to the size of the printer. after 3 days that I placed the order they decide to call me and tell me if I want to pay an additional $140 dollars for the bottom part of the printer. I ask to speak to a manager since that was not specified on their details of the product, the picture shows the full set, and there is no choice to add it on their website. After I get transferred to the manager, he tells me he can give it to me at "cost" which is $280 dollars. TWICE the price their sales rep gave me. apart from being extremely rude.

To start off if I could leave -0 stars I would. We needed a new printer that could keep up with all the printing and faxing we do for our business on a daily basis. Unfortunately we found this website that had the ideal printer we were looking for. We placed the order and upon receiving the printer we began to have problems right away. The printer arrived without any type of top/cover. The picture on the website showed the printer with all accessories and when placing the order we were never told that EVERYTHING was sold separately. We spoke with Lila Branch in regards to this issues and she stated that it slipped her mind to mention to us how the printer was sold. She stated on April 8th that she would send us the platen cover on the house for the miscommunication, todays date is 06/29/2022 and we have yet to receive our cover. On top of the original price of the printer we had to spend more money on top of that for a cover just to be able to use the printer. After a month of having the printer just sitting there because we didn't have a cover, the feeder we had to order separately came in and we set it up for use. Upon trying to set up the printer it stated we needed a password to be able to do anything with it, which JTF did not informed us about either. We had to contact them yet again to be able to get this information. Then when we attempted to configure the printer for fax it wouldn't work. We contacted Lila Branch yet again about this problem who informed us that the printer doesn't come with the fax kit and she didn't mention this to us in the beginning because, her words exactly, "No one really uses fax anymore." When attempting to buy this printer all of this information should have been disclosed, in detail. This is the worst company we have ever ordered from. From the very beginning it was nothing but problems and all we got from Lila Branch was that it slipped her mind, every time. We wanted to just return the printer from the beginning but she stated that they have a NO RETURN policy. Losing all the money I spent on the printer would have been better than dealing with all the problems I have had to deal with in regards to this company. We will never purchase from them again and recommend that no one use this company either. They are very unprofessional and have no type of communication with their customers. The frustration and problems this company has caused is outrageous, we lost time and money due to this company's lack of communication and that is unacceptable. -Treasure Care Home Health

Purchase of Xerox Printers
Our office was looking to purchase a new printer as our old printer was not meeting the needs we required for printing on a thick card-stock type of paper. I called JTF and spoke to Roy McDaniel in the customer/sales department. Roy was incredibly helpful in assisting me toward locating the printer that would meet our office needs. His recommendations were great. After placing the order for the new printer, Roy always made himself available to assist me on any additional questions I had regarding our ordered printer as well as any other printers I had questions about. I was so impressed with Roy's attention to detail and customer service that we ordered an additional printer for one of our other offices in need of a replacement. Roy is a outstanding representative for JTF and I really can't say enough about how excellent he was in fulfilling our order requests. Thank you to Roy and JTF!!

Fast & Prompt Service with Competitive Prices
When I began shopping around for a new Formax Machine I googled a few establishments and reached out. Roy McDaniel, from JTF Gov, was the only one to contact me. He actually reached out within the same day. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Formax Machines. He immediately narrowed down what I was looking for without trying to upsell anything. He was patient and informative. He provided me with a quote within the same week and by the following week, I purchased a new Formax AutoSeal FD2036. My only issue was getting a technician out to install the machine, I wish I could have had it up and running when it was delivered, if not the next week, but that is something outside Roy's hands. However, he did reach out and provide me with assistance with that as well. I wish other companies were as courteous and friendly as JTF. f you are looking for a no hassle company then I definitely recommend JTF.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mr. Daniel Garcia-Nunez & he was such a professional. He seamlessly guided me through my copier issues and got me back to work immediately. The service I received was absolutely stellar and I would definitely recommend JTF Business Systems without hesitation. Ethernet Card Failure
We had a failure of the ethernet card in our office Xerox copier. After discussing the problem with JTF, I submitted a support ticket. Immediately, I received a call to schedule a tech to visit our office on the same day. The tech arrived, thoroughly tested the copier and confirmed the failure. He then returned to his office to identify the correct part number for the failed card. The tech returned to our office in less than 1 hour with a new card. He installed the new card, updated the software, and enabled a needed feature that was hidden. All in all, the entire process took less than 4 hours. The tech was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and thorough. The next time we have a copier problem, we'll call JTF.

Kind Sirs Daniel Garcia and Joel were such a pleasure to work with today. They treated me like a queen! Outstanding Customer Service
We have used JTF Business Systems for years now for all of our office technology, supplies and service. We recently had a power outage which resulted in our printer going down. In less than 24 hours, the technician, Tedros, had our machine repaired and back in service. JTF is committed to their business and customers. Our sales representative, Zack Connelly, is always our first point of contact whenever we need any kind of assistance and he never fails to disappoint. I can't recommend this company more. The representative was super helpful in answering all questions during the initial purchase of our business printer. The Xerox printer I purchased is a high quality printer and JTF gave our business a competitive price. My order was shipped and received in record time. In addition, technical support was responsive, patient and knowledgeable when I needed to call for assistance in installing and troubleshooting for the initial set up. Thank you JTF! Not many companies do business this well. I look forward to working with you again in the future!

JtF is the place to start
JtF is the place to start. You probably won't need to go anywhere else - they've got everything and can take your description of what you need and make suggestions. Ask in particular for Zach - the guy is a machine when it comes to knowing what JTF sells, matching it to your needs, figuring best value for the dollar, lowest overall cost.... everything. You'll save hours of research if you just ask him, and you can be sure you're doing the buying -- he isn't selling.

My local JTF didnt have a bed I wanted so I phoned theTamworth store a lady on receiption Sue was very helpful she went and checked if they had one in stock and called me back. when I got to the store she sorted out a chap to help me (ADAM) load it in my car They were both a great help
