Never order any picture from justliquidart
I ordered a picture from them costed me around £200 by trusting the colour scheme they put online on their page. There was a frame called as graphite but the picture online was a combination of gold/silver tones on the picture and was planning to use it on a gold cabinet. We opened the box excitedly when it arrived, however the colour scheme was so different to pictures, all silver!! Asked their help but response was very frustrating each time 1- they offered me to buy another one at 100 pounds 2- they offered me to send back the big picture at my own cost that they would refund. (Can you imagine the cost of sending back a big picture/fragile with no damage guarantee in uk). My total experience with this company is extremely frustrating, would never recommend to order anything from them. Customer service was very unkind as well in their emails, totally frustrating. They wasted my money!
