I like that you make the content easier
I like that you make the content easier to understand and the quizzes and tests harder than the actual. For SIE, and S66 I succeeded purely because Kaplan raised the expectations.

The actual person, HORRIBLE!!!
The material was fine. The teaching was ok. But the person I had to speak with when I accidentally picked the wrong proctored test was the rudest person ever and stuff they told me I was gonna have to do was lies and then told me I couldn’t choose the other test!!! That made the whole experience horrible! Thank goodness I passed it with an 89% so I didn’t have to deal with them again!!! Horrible! For the price you should have better people working for you.

Very straightforward platform
Very straightforward platform. The QBank was a very useful tool to help prepare for the actual exam. Enrolled Nov 3rd and had my license in hand on Feb 16. If you follow the curriculum and take it seriously, there’s no reason you won’t pass first try. CT P and C license

I thought they would care more about quality
There's a reason Kaplan asks College of Financial Planning students to rate its product immediately after buying it (and then the link expires)... because once you get to use it, you see the problems. The OnDemand videos have glaring issues with basic preparation by the presenter, technology (like the pen used to write on the slides), errors on the slides, and errors by the presenter. Multiple videos should be re-recorded or at least edited. The textbook part isn't even in Kaplan, it's on a separate site... which is perhaps fine. But it doesn't contain all of the information needed to answer the questions in the practice exams. This product is expensive. Its quality should better reflect its price.

This was a great experience because I was able to study at my own pace, read the materials, watch the small videos, and test my knowledge along the way. I was able to retest in order to verify what I've learned, and then I could move on to the next chapter with confidence.

Michigan Life & Health Courses
I used Kaplan for my Property & Casualty prelicensing course back in June and was able to pass my P & C exam in July, so I told my employer that I wanted to go through Kaplan again for my life and health prelicensing courses, since I had such a great experience last time. Everything was wonderful as always!! The courses were very in-depth and well organized. I made use of the Q bank quizzes a lot, and I wanna say, thank you, Kaplan!! I passed my life and health exam yesterday here in Michigan, and couldn't have done it without your content!! Thank you once again. Definitely recommend!!
