Had floors installed on 4/20
Had floors installed on 4/20. One year later i had an issue with unevenness. They came out in a timely manner and fixed it with ease. I was extremely satisfied.

Over promised ... Under delivered
I went to Kenny's because I was in a jam and needed tile to be delivered as soon as possible ... I was told the tile was local and could be here in a few days -- based on this, I purchased and paid in full. In reality, tile was in Virginia and will take at least 1 week, maybe 2 weeks to get here. What do I do now? Obviously, nothing - now I'm really stuck. All this could have been avoided with a little honesty. Very disappointed in their customer service. The only thing they have over the Home Depot is customer service ... now what?

Kenny’s Carpet One is GREAT!
Kenny’s Carpet One is highly professional and a pleasure to work with. We had wood floors installed and couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received. Our installers, Joe and Jay, were wonderful! The job took 3 days and they arrived promptly, always with a smile, answered my questions, took great pains to protect the other surfaces in my home and left the work area clean and safe at the end of each day. Sal was super responsive and helpful from the day we met until the job was finished. Kenny himself came to our house and made us feel confident in everything being done. He stands behind the product and the work. That was proven to us as we had some problems that needed resolution. A year after installation Kenny took care of everything and made us wonderfully happy! We love our floors and Kenny’s Carpet One!

Great team and service.
The whole experience from the start was great. The measuring in home with Sal to meeting Sal in the store to go over carpets. The install with Jay and Joe. Kenny the owner was also great. After the carpet was installed a manufactures defect was found all through out the carpet. The whole carpet had to removed and new ordered and installed. Kenny went above and beyond to make us happy and to make it right. I would highly recommend Kenny and his whole team to anyone for flooring. Skip the big box store and go right to Kenny's Carpet One for a quality job!

Kenny Carpet was very professional right from the start. The delivery of material and their work we’re done by courteous and professional installers. My wife and my self extremely happy with the job that was done. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to have their floors re-done

Great customer service and quality products
I ordered a runner for my stairs last October. In a few months I noticed that there were marks on the carpet that were not related to simple wear and tear. Some months later I contacted Kenny of Kenny’s Carpet One and explained the situation. He came over and examined the runner; sent over a steam cleaner person to see if the marks would come out. It was discovered that the marks in the carpet could not be resolved. Kenny, without hesitation, sprung into action and had me select a new comparable runner to replace at no charge. Now my new runner is in place and I am totally happy. I have dealt with Kenny’s Carpet One in the past, and was never disappointed about the quality or the installation process. But this particular time, I was totally impressed that Kenny did everything to make me a satisfied customer. He stood behind his product and provided great customer service to rectify the situation, by replacing the runner, at no additional charge, and making me a happy customer. I will continue to do future business with this great company.

Great workmanship!
We found a remnant carpet at Kenny's Carpet One and it was installed this week PERFECTLY! The installers had to work around a built-in desk in the room and they did a great job. We are very pleased with their workmanship and the result.

From beginning to end, this experience exceeded my expectations. Was seamless, from working with Kenny to help me figure out what would work best, down to the installers who showed up on time and did a phenomenal job transforming my basement. Professionalism at its best. Would highly recommend Kenny’s Carpet One.
