My second year with Keystone Tax Solutions. Great Service. Affordable and easy to understand software, unlimited free e-file returns . No matter the question, they will help you! I have worked with them the last 2 yrs and I have made my money back plus interest. At first I got discouraged but I had to learn to be patient with them and them with me, this year I turned the business over to my Daughter’s and they love it. Thank you all @ Keystone!!
I would say that this company is very personable and is eager to assist you with any questions no matter how big or small. As a first time preparer I was indeed nervous but they help me with a monthly goal and did weekly follow ups with me. I was able to gain the confidence and clientile to help me achieve my goals.

I was a first year client of Keystone and I have to say that my experience was pretty good. It was a learning experience as well as a way to gain insight on more money and growth opportunities that can come with being a tax preparer Professional. I will be using their software agiain for the 2019 season and I look forward to being a continued customer.
This was my first year with Keystone and I am happy that I made the change. They were very attentive to my needs as a client and seemed genuinely concerned with me growing my business. I was initially hesitant about switching software ,but they quickly eased all of my concerns with their unparalleled excellent customer service, transparency, and user friendly software. I couldn't believe I was receiving all of this, for half the price I payed years prior. They even provide youtube demonstrations which made the transition that much easier on me and my staff. I am truly appreciative of Keystone Tax Solutions and I look forward to working with them many years forward. My complaint is that I didn't learn about them sooner.
**Full Transparency, this exact review will be pasted on Google. Here's the deal. I am an Owner/ Operator of SEVERAL small businesses. All if which heavily rely on a few key components which Keystone has excelled at 2 years in a row for me.1. IOT, (Online, Software and Support) - software is smooth, clean, crisp and updated once, twice yearly. This could be a problem for some, but I take this as a company constantly looking for ways to enhance my contractor experience by updating look, feel and design if the online experience. Additionally, as a self starter, I've found the youtube vids and webinars EXTREMELY HELPFUL (I don't have the links, but email or call Keystone and they'll provide) 2. Customer Service-not sure of company size but Ive spoken to Ashley on NUMEROUS occasions and have been helped promptly and with a great attitude.I've also spoken to a higher up there Syedi I think is his name?? Apparently this guy has near the final say when things get a bit screwy, yet by his tone there's never an intimidation factor or an "I don't have time for this hiw abiut we just screw you" attitude "because I'm in power....3. Respomse times - F A S T. PERIOD. I just waited a week tonget a response from another company, this is outside the fact I cant get anyone on the phone! WITH KEYSTONE Ive literally NEVER waited more than 24 hrs for a response, and not some auto generated crap. If I contact them before 11 am Eastern Standard time I usually hear nack the same day, and they can be reached by phone!I am going on my third year this upcoming season, I do not see myself switching for a third time in 5 years. If you prepare standard returns and have a decent clientele or hellova online marketing strategy Keystone is for you. The support makes them great for beginners, their speed makes them great for advanced preparers like myself.
This was my first year preparing taxes, I had my reluctance initially because it was so last minute. Keystone Tax Solutions not only provided me with training and user friendly software, they included around the clock support. Keystone went above and beyond to ensure 2018 was a successful tax year for me with no errors due to the ease and accuracy of their software. I emailed questions and concerns and got immediate responses. I received severalalerts and tips referencing IRS documents to ensure I had a full understanding of what I was doing and was thoroughly equipped with the tools to do the job. I will be using this company in the future and referring other clients.
It was a software change I did not look forward to, but the terrible service/product from the prior company became so great it was necessary. After much searching I liked what Keystone have. It was very helpful with their Demo's to research, that was very helpful in making the change. I look forward to next year with them, and I tell my clients about their product. Especially the staff who were ALWAYS there to answer a question, and were very courteous also. I am a very satisfied customer of Keystone, and I can't wait to start next years season. A special thanks to the girls who pick up the phone for us every day of the season, without them - it would be just another blah tax program! Thanks to you Keystone for the program, and again, a special thanks to your staff.

Terrible customer service, rude and unprofessional people. Any questions beyond simple w2 (s corps, partnerships) in regards to their own software they don't answer. Last time they hung up a phone on me. Be your own judge, but in my opinion that is not how you treat your potential clients and definitely not an example of excellent customer service that they advertise online. You get what you pay for.
This is my 2nd tax season working with Keystone, I must say I have been very pleased with their services, they never take long to respond back to any questions you may have. When in distress they know how to calm your nerves Hahhaa!! Overall they are a good software company to partner with and as long as they keep up the good work, they will always have my business.
I talked to almost everyone at Keystone Tax Solutions, they have great people are working in that company, they have beautiful software and it is easy to manage. go on youtube.com and look for Keystone tax solutions, they show you step by step how their software works. Excellent, excellent customer service.
Enjoyed the customer service from Keystone. They always answered the phone or return my calls. Very attentive and very helpful. They also provided a lot of training and webinars to help everyone understand everything.
