I ordered 10 pairs of underwear from…

I ordered 10 pairs of underwear from Lane Bryant and it took 11 days to get delivered to my house. For the $9 I paid in shipping I think this is ridiculous. Why are you shipping 2 lb packages ups ground anyway? I would have gotten them faster if you would have allowed me to ship them USPS priority mail, and it probably would have cost about the same to ship! This is ridiculous. USPS first class mail would have also been cheaper and not taken this long. Wtf!?!

No desire for customer satisfaction…

I placed an order late last night, couldn’t use my Lane cash on any of it because most of it was on some type sale. I was supposed to get free shipping, when I checked out they charged me almost $19 in shipping 😡 I tried to cancel it immediately, the chat said “you’ve contacted us outside of work hours, same with calling, I sent a text and an email. I started a chat this morning at 10 and was told I could not cancel my order because it had been over an hour…….well no kidding….YOU WERE CLOSED…I asked for a supervisor and was continually told that they will not cancel and are now saying when the items arrive I can return them…but I still loose my shipping fees. She thought saying that she would put it in the notes not to charge me a fee to return “because it isn’t free”…thoroughly disappointed.

This is a scam

This is a scam. Very poor quality of garment. Garment arrived with tags all cut off. Size incorrect but won’t provide a return address and will only offer 10% refund. What a rip off.

I reached out to Catherine's today to check on an order for 2 bras I ordered back in October. This was their response, and by the way I never got an email about a revised fulfillment date. 'Upon reviewing your order, I see that it was canceled due to a lack of response regarding a revised fulfillment date. At Catherines, we always strive to keep you informed. Whenever we adjust the anticipated delivery date for a backordered item, we reach out through email, postcards, or traditional mail and kindly request confirmation to proceed.Unfortunately, if we don’t receive acknowledgment of the changes, the system automatically cancels the order. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.'

Will Never Order Again!

I placed an international order back in July totaling around 160 €. I was informed that the items would ship in different packages. The first package I got contained 4 bras in sizes that were way too big for me and that I never ordered. It is now December and I have yet to receive the rest of this order. It all seems like I was scammed and because of that, Lane Bryant has lost a customer forever. Nothing in this store is worth gambling losing money for.

I ordered a pair of boots from Catherines , I received a blanket instead, when I contacted them about the issue, I have to send the blanket back then they will reissue my boots, if I want my boots now, they have to charge me again and then I still have to go out of my way to send their mistake back to them, being handicap limits my capacity of doing anything, I live alone so this is gonna be a big challenge for me, I do not like their customer service at all, I will not order from them again or any other place that is officially with them

OMG - I'm An IDIOT

Oh dear. I should have known not to order from this company. Twenty-five years ago, I had an account with Lane Bryant and spent hundreds of dollars in shipping fees, to receive and to return SO many items. It's been quite a few years since I have ordered from them, even in the days of internet, MOSTLY because of their shipping fees and the actual quality/fit of their clothes. Just now, I found some bras on sale and I choked on some stale uncertainty and actually ordered from them. I used PayPal, which is always practical because they protect me from scams and bad actors. The ORDER TOTAL was $60. I picked my payment method, which usually then takes me back to whatever website I'm using to REVIEW and complete the order - but THIS TIME, the order was immediately placed without giving me a chance to review it, and they added an additional $18 "shipping and handling" which did not show at all while I was choosing my payment method!!!!What a SLIMEY, unscrupulous way to do business! I had forgotten why I stopped doing business with Lane Bryant and all the stores affiliated with them. They were always over-priced, taking advantage of the fact that 30 years ago, there weren't a lot of plus-size options out there. But now that people have more choices, they just find other ways to rip customers off. I just received the confirmation email from them and where is says "size" of my items, it says "N/A" - so what does THAT mean? They are sending me whatever size they have and not what I requested??? Go ahead and kick me in the butt! I deserve it!!!

BOYCOTT LANE BRYANT!!!

Their srvce is complete garbage in regards to their orders & receiving them on time. I spoke to an incompetent Mgr named Sue in the greece mall store who couldnt even verify if the 800 # did cancellations. She also took forever finding the order, my items never came as advertised. Then when I called customer srvce I spoke to a foreigner named Osayas who said she couldnt cancel the orders because the system was down & I could not speak to a supervisor. DO NOT SHOP AT LANE BRYANT!! they falsely advertise merchandise and they jack up prices before they offer u a fake discount off. they should be added to the boycott listing with TARGET!!

Poor quality tankini

I purchased the Chlorine Resistant Sweetheart Zip Front Tankini. I love the style with the full zipper. The quality of the tankini is very poor and I paid far too much for it. I wore it once and rinsed it and hung it to dry in the shower and it is not colourfast (weird). The purple/blue dye dripped into the bathtub. The tankini is very thin material and stretched in the water the first time I wore it. I also could have sized down.

Catherine's are liars

Catherine's charges an exorbitant amount of money for shipping. I needed a dress for my retirement celebration in a couple of days. I paid for express shipping but ended up having to find a dress elsewhere becausethe dress still did not arrive in time. I requested a refund on the shipping. The CSR I spoke with lied to me several times. Prior to receiving the item I was told that my shipping charge would be refunded. After receiving the item I was told that I would only receive a portion of the shipping. Despite the constant malarkey about understanding my frustration and making sure that I was satisfied, the lies continued. I was told the refund was processed, and I would see it reflected on my account in 5-7 days. That did not happen. Later I was told that my bank rejected the credit. More bull. Then I was told they would issue a gift card. I declined that because after this experience, I no longer want any dealings with any off the Full Beauty companies. I finally was told that I would receive the requested check for the partial shipping amount in the mail. That didn't happen either. I received two letters stating a lie that they tried to contact me but was unable to. They noticed I have a credit account with them and therefore gave me a credit to use the next time. THEY DON'T GET IT! THERE WON'T BE ANOTHER DAMN TIME; EVEN THOUGH I LOVE ELOQUI, I CAN'T PULL MYSELF TO DEAL WITH LIARS AND CONS.I finally received my shipping refund check in the mail, June 25th.

Unethical return policy.

BUYER BEWARE!! HORRIBLE return policy. Customer service absolutely not willing to work with you. I used my exact measurements (Per their instructions) and item was way too big and was stitched oddly so I wanted to return it. A smaller size would not solve the ugly stitching problem. Based on the "policy" I only received a $19 refund on and item I initially spent $42 on (Item,Tax,Shipping). The only way to receive my full refund (Minus what I originally paid for shipping) was to get an e gift card for THEIR store. A Store I will never purchase from again. Nor will I buy from any of their affiliates. This is a very unethical way to do business. Unscrupulous and disgraceful business model.

Robbers

I I bought, received the coat Dec 6, returned ,they received back Dec 18 2024sent wrong size ,returned immmediately. Received notice it was returned. They never returned money to their finance co. Now they want me to pay . In March they finally returned money to finance . Now they want me to pay a 100.00 and sum dollars for late fees because I never made anny payments. The did credit the coat. Both Catherine’s and finance co say I have to pay that late charge money or it will keep accumulating each month. I told them to do what they have to do, but what I have to do is NOTHING. I’m extremely disappointed with…

I’m extremely disappointed with Catherine’s customer service. I had placed an order, but due to an unexpected and serious medical emergency, I was hospitalized. I only recently returned home and reached out to customer service to request either a refund or a store credit for the unused item. Given the circumstances, I was hoping for a little understanding or flexibility.Not only was my request denied with no willingness to make an exception, but the customer service representative I initially spoke with was also incredibly rude and dismissive. It’s disheartening to see a company show such a lack of compassion and care for long-time customers.I’ve always appreciated Catherine’s for its products, but this experience has left me feeling deeply disappointed and unheard. I sincerely hope the company re-evaluates how it handles cases involving genuine, unforeseen hardships. A little empathy goes a long way.

If I could give no stars for Catherine’s I would. Although I hate that ppl would be without a job at this point they should just close down altogether. Their customer service is awful and inconsiderate to paying customers. I will NEVER order from them nor recommend them to anyone ever!!

I placed an order with Catherine’s/Full…

I placed an order with Catherine’s/Full Beauty on the 9th January 2025. This order adds up to almost $100 Canadian dollars with the postage. I called the company two weeks ago as I had heard nothing. Oh yes it has been mailed and should be with you in 10 days. I am still waiting. This indicates that the order hadn’t even been mailed until I called. Has it been mailed now, who knows. Very poor service and will not be ordering again and I would also advise anyone else not to order. Very annoyed. Since investigating, this company looks to have a terrible reputation.

It is clear why they are going out of business

I ordered a single item. 8 days later the shipping link is through UPS saying its going to be delivered every day this week before updating and pushing back to tomorrow, but the website support says the item hasn't even shipped yet and it is going through USPS. I just want my money back, they refuse to refund the order. They offered to resend it out in 4 days. I will be doing a chargeback on my card as it is clear I will never actually receive my items.Chat support is absolutely unhelpful and had no ability to do anything of value to resolve this issue. Instead to get me out of their hair I now I have to wait for an email that I am certain will never come.

Horrible Company

Horrible Company. Be careful when ordering as the shipments are taking too long. I enquired about it as I mentioned I was paying 60 Euros in shipment fees. No response. Next thing I knew, the order was cancelled and still no reply from them. The saving grace is that they refunded me. At your own peril ordering from them !

Catherine’s Don’t buyis terrible I bought items…

Catherine’s is terrible I bought items for my wife it took 14days to receive them was charged $25.99 shipped by USPS.The items were to big went to return them to get the refund to my card they would charge my card $10.99 or get gift card not for total minus the shipping charge USPS The gift card I will give them to someone that is stupid enough to buy from them.
