I’ve tried numerous places for hair system and I finally found THE system for me at lavivid, order came soooo fast too, and managed to get it on in time for my birthday.. never had anything negative from then and they’re always on hand on social media’s for any help or questions. Which is very re assuring. Also there range is extensive and I feel like whatever I get from these guys it’s always a quality piece

After 3 years, I've had enough
I was with them over 3 years, but starting this year, quality plummeted. Custom units didn't fit, and shedding like a dying cat. My stylist told me other customers were experiencing the same, and recommended another provider. I'm much happier. Wonder why you can't review them on Google.

Mars system is garbage to me.
I’m not a reviewer, but the more I wear this system, the more inclined I’ve become to write one.I bought the “Mars” system. It looked great online, and I trusted Lavivid as a reputable site. Initially, the system looked okay, but after less than a week, the hairline itself became awful. It’s now a blunt, black line across my head.I was told I could restyle this system like a normal head of hair. I asked about this specifically. And styling the system was manageable…. Initially. But after about a month, it’s become extremely difficult. Sleeping with it alone causes the hair to be completely blown up the next morning(and no, not just bedhead, it’s worse than that). I’ve found myself wearing caps on certain days to conceal the cheap and untamed hair that screams “I’m wearing a wig” to everyone. I’m also struggling to style the system and feeling insecure about it in public. Sounds like what one does when you’re covering your natural balding hair? Systems are supposed to alleviate that, I invested so much in the hopes of getting my confidence back. But I instead feel I wasted tons of money. And for this, I’m extremely disappointed. Update: Lavivid reached out after this review and worked with me to offer a replacement system at a reduced cost. While it wasn’t the exact system I originally wanted, I appreciate that they made an effort to address the issue. Overall, the situation is better than it was before the replacement, but this current system has just as blunt and thick of a hairline……

The website said "6 pieces available." I bought it nine days ago. The product was on hold for several days. The response I received was, "Your product is in production." I sent messages, called... but got no response, and my messages were answered three days later, which is business days. I missed an event because I trusted it would be like the other times. Besides not having ready delivery, the product also has a customs issue now. Why don't you explain this better on your website? That way, we won't be misled. Negative feedback about your store, from sales, service, shipping, and customer service. Last time I buy.. I don't want any more problems or wasting my money.update It's been 11 days and I still haven't received my product. Now I have to pay the difference for the wrong prosthesis size, which I mentioned when I first contacted them... and I don't even know how many more days... Very upset and disappointed with the service, shipping, I don't recommend it.

I've been using Helios for 4 months and noticed the hair thinning on top. Ivan from Lavivid offered a free repair, even though they didn't have to. My old supplier charged me $120 for repairs, which felt expensive. Really appreciate Lavivid offering this service and covering shipping - I'll definitely stick with them.
