They have been dishonest about the delivery date.I made purchase in store 1 month ago. They orally promised they will delivery materials in 1 month. And I mistakenly trusted them so I didn’t track or ask from any written confirmation. 1 month later which is today, I realized that materials are not delivered. I call them they denied what they said and they can only update the delivery date 1 week later. Now I have to wait for an uncertain time and pay for the stocking fee of my cabinets which I plan to use after installing the floor. It could cost me a few thousands and a few more months of waiting.They know who I am because I just called them. And they keep denying I am one of their customers
