So far, a very good experience. Deborah provided thorough, thoughtful guidance and helped us select pieces that were in stock and readily available. That mattered. When you decide to buy furniture, you don’t want to wait months for it.Delivery was scheduled for the next day, which was impressive. If the delivery process matches the level of service we received in the store, Living Spaces will earn my repeat business.
Had a great experience, Renee was super friendly and answered all of our questions. She was super patient as we made decisions and we were able to take our new chair home same day! We’ve purchased multiple times at Living Spaces and will continue!
The recliner I bought was damaged. I sent pictures. Nothing was done. After a day and a half of emailing with 3 different people, I called. They were no help. Do not buy anything from this company. They do not value quality or their customers.

Living Spaces delivered only half of my couch and then somehow managed to lose the other half. Not delayed—lost. For a company selling large, expensive furniture, this level of logistical failure is astonishing.What makes this worse is the customer service. After multiple contacts, I was given no clear explanation, no accountability, and—most concerning—no guarantee on when or if the missing half would be delivered. I was essentially told to wait while they “looked into it,” with no timeline and no proactive follow up.Communication has been nearly nonexistent. I had to repeatedly reach out myself just to get vague, unhelpful updates. No one took ownership of the problem, and no one seemed empowered to actually resolve it.Delivering half a couch and losing the rest, combined with poor communication and zero urgency, is unacceptable. I expected far better from a company of this size. Until Living Spaces can reliably deliver complete orders and support customers when things go wrong, I cannot recommend them.

Candy was wonderful, kind, and very helpful. Never made me feel intimidated. She stayed patient and insightful even when I got indecisive on pillows for my couch. 10/10 experience. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
We went to look at rugs and found the perfect one for a great price at Living Spaces. Robert was great, he went above and beyond so we could take the rug home with us that night.
Every employee was very helpful making sure I knew everything about the recliner I was looking at buying and the delivery process. Friendly too.

Shopped here before. Everything we purchased was on sale. Great selection, high quality, great prices, very good sales reps, and delivered the same day. Delivery personnel were excellent, worked safe, carefully assembled the furniture, and communicated their delivery status and arrival time. This was very helpful! Wish Living Spaces had a better selection of luxury master bedroom nightstands.

Excellent customer service and customer perks to confirm a welcoming experience. The furniture at Living Spaces is quality! From the least expensive items to the most expensive, they are able to satisfy every budget! I may look at other furniture stores, but my trust and money is consistantly spent at Living Spaces!!

I am extremely disappointed with this company’s service.My furniture was originally scheduled to be delivered on the 17th. On the evening of the 16th, I received a phone call saying the delivery was being delayed until the 24th. Then, on the 19th, I received another email stating it was delayed again.When I called for clarification, no one could give me a clear answer on when it would actually be delivered. I was told it might arrive sometime between the 1st and the 5th — with no guarantee and no real explanation. There was absolutely no resolution offered other than “that’s just how it is.”This level of communication and customer service is unacceptable. I’m now left just waiting, fully expecting to be told on the 1st that it’s delayed yet again.Terrible experience. I would not recommend.
I bought a sofa from Living Spaces and did everything the “right” way.Before buying, I gave them full measurements of my apartment, sent photos, explained the layout, and was genuinely trying to make delivery smooth. In the store, they looked at the measurements and confidently told me it would fit. Not “maybe”. Not “we can’t guarantee”. Confident.Delivery day comes and suddenly it’s a different story. It doesn’t fit. No solution. No real options. And no excuses.Then the fun part: I paid $2,721.41 and they refunded only $1,818.60.They kept $902.81. Including a random “cancellation fee” line item.So basically:They sell you confidence on day one.Then when reality hits, they keep a huge chunk of your money anyway.And now support?Dead.Chat? Useless.Texts? Failed.Calls? Failed.When I did get a support agent previously, the attitude was unreal. Rude, dismissive, and zero helpful information. I asked to swap to the shorter version of the same sofa (it literally comes in two sizes). Instead of helping, I got stonewalled and vague talk like “maybe we’ll refund and take 10%” which wasn’t even what ended up happening.This is why I’m posting:If you’re thinking about buying from them, understand the game. They’ll happily tell you “it will fit” to close the sale, and when it doesn’t, you’re suddenly funding their fee machine.If you value your time and sanity, do yourself a favor:call them first: > Pretend you’re already a customer. > Say delivery’s broken or the item’s messed up. Listen to how fast the fake smiles vanish. Wish I did that before buying a couch from Living Space.
I wish I can give this company a zero star...great at selling in store from the sales associates, however, the follow up process, customer service, and warranty dept are just absolutely garbage. They will give you the run around, and then ghost you. I've been dealing with living spaces customer service and warranty dept since the 1st week of delivery in Dec. 2025, and it has been a nightmare. I purchased a customized couch set and 2 of the 6 cushions were 2xs softer than the other 4. Since, I've called gazillion time to have them replaced, and all they can say is...we can give you 10% discount on the couch. NOOOO...how about honor the quality of your product. It's not about the money...clearly if I can afford to purchase a customize couch, I am not seeking for any cookie cutter couch, I am looking for specificity. I can get random couch at a big box furniture store. Living Spaces need to step up your follow-thru game. if you talk the talk, you need to walk the walk. Moving forward, I will boycott the company and tell all of my network that this company is absolutely horrible to deal with after purchase...just like a car dealerships.
