I booked tickets to see a London show for my partners birthday, over a month in advance. As soon as I clicked 'buy' on the website I realised that I had accidentally booked the wrong seats. This was because I was using a website which showed me the view from the different seats. I thought I had booked dress circle but it was infact grand circle and the review on the views are TERRIBLE. I have also spent over £200 on these tickets. Realising my mistake, I contacted the company within 5 minutes of booking to try and cancel the order. They informed me that they cannot refund me, all they can do is find alternative seats. So reluctantly I agreed to this, I was then informed that they needed to contact their 'local partner' to see what other sears were avaible, two days later I have now been informed that I would need to pay £125 for better seats. I have again asked for a refund as I have found better seats and better value for money on other sites, but they are refusing to refund me. I have called today to ask for their complaints procedure, I will not be using the tickets and I will not be able to sell them for the price I bought them as they are not worth it. I admit ownership for my mistake, but to not be able to cancel the booking within 5 minutes of making it is obsurd. I'm still waiting to hear back from them. So please be aware (as it is not clear when you go through to purchase) NO CANCELLATIONS ARE ALLOWED.
