Lonestar completed their commitments as advertised
Lonestar completed their commitments as outlined in our contract ! We had two (2) Timeshares in our accounts that we no longer needed due to no use. The yearly maintenance kept going up in price, although the original selling agent(s) indicate that they will not increase in cost.Prior to contacting Lonestar my wife and I tried in vain to persuade the Timeshares to take back the timeshares, even at a reduced price, (both timeshares refused to negotiate). After contracting with Lonestar, the Hawaii Timeshare was the first timeshare to close, (as expected). The Ridge Sierra (RS) timeshare took a little longer to close. A great move by Lonestar was for me to write a letter indicating their unfair selling practices, NOT to pay any of the Management Fees, and Not to contact RS. RS management then proceeded to send the billing to an Collection Agency, which we were to ignore. The Timeshare finally closed,,,,so happily ever, yes I would recommend Lonestar, and I recommend for anyone NOT to buy a timeshare, save your money, headache and rent a Hotel for your vacation. Thanks again to Lonestar, first agent Dennis Reed, followed by Catherine Olivo who provided great guidance, and kept us fully informed. Thanks LonestarGrace & Dennis

They are God send!!!…
I was completely at a lost when I found out I was caught in the middle of the timeshare trick. I tried calling the timeshare resort, but I just got passed around many people/ department that never helped me, I've emailed them multiple times and never got straight forward answer... I felt like I was conned. And almost gave up about getting out from them. My friend who have similar issue introduced me to Loanstar. The representative took time to explain how they can help me, answered all my questions, and even gave me extra time for me to absorb and digest what I needed to do. They never pressured me into signing up with them. They listened to my concerns and did not hide anything. I felt and heard genuine caring people behind the phone. After I asked for a helping hand from them, they have gently led me through the passage. They were always there and truly helped me with this unknown battle. They are the experts in how to handle with the resort. They are very professional, compassionate, and caring. They assured that they are keeping track with the timeline on how to proceed. They have definitely helped me offload the stress that was super overbearing. Before I got help, the stress of the timeshare was starting to affect my daily life. And now, after long journey with them, I can proudly say that I am 120% satisfied. I don't know how words can describe the relief they have brought me. And the sensation of "light" they have shined through my life. Thank you so much for all the help and guidance you have given me!!!

Lonestar transaction review
Assigned a Lonestar representative who consistently helped us manage our timeshare turn in. The rep regularly checked in with us to follow up on the process and provide methods to convince the contract holder to process a buy back. The process was tedious and took approximately two years to complete. No fault of Lonestar as it is a process of legal complexities and some out of pocket expenses.

All of the staff were easy to work with and knowledgeable about the entire process and paperwork. The process was completed in the timeframe that was given at the start, and they kept me informed of the progress as it went. I would highly recommend Lonestar to anyone looking to get out of a timeshare.

I highly recommend Lonestar Transfer. My story is that I got into a timeshare that was called a mortgage. I realized after researching on the Internet and reading all of the paperwork from the timeshare that I had made a mistake and that I needed to get out of the timeshare. I researched and found that Lonestar Transfer had good reviews. I contacted them via their website. They helped me through the process and I was able to exit the timeshare smoothly. Much more smoothly than I thought I could. Lonestar Transfer were always in communication, friendly and helpful. I could not have handled this without them. I highly recommend their services. SD

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Lonestar Transfer Company. They were the second company I had dealt with to be released from my timeshare. The first company took my fee and did little to nothing for 18 months. Then they said they were at the end of their time frame and kept my fee. The Lonestar rep I dealt with was helpful, courteous and kept me informed throughout the process by phone and by email. During this time, I had many caregiving issues that diverted my attention so that I could not properly respond in a timely manner. The rep was understanding and helpful. They advised me regarding communications with the timeshare company. They honored every aspect of our agreement and successfully got me released from the timeshare. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Lonestar - Fast and Effective!
Lonestar helped us get out of our Hilton timeshare in 4 months! We knew it could take up to a year so we were very happy with the outcome! Lonestar assigned us a "contact" who was very fast and effective at sending us documentation and communicating with us (and answering any questions we had throughout the process). If our contact wasn't available, we spoke to her "backup" who was just as knowledgeable! There was a website I could check for status of transfer which was great! It is important that as a customer you respond/get documentation back to them quickly too!
