Best conditioner
I love their products, love beauty and planet. I’ve never had a problem my hair hasn’t fallen out. It’s the best conditioner and now I can’t find it anywhere anymore.

My hair has started breaking off so bad and seeing balding . I thought my hormones were off until I came and checked these reviews !! This is crazy and should be taken off the shelves immediately

Very surprised with the amount of…
Very surprised with the amount of negative reviews on these products. I’ve been using their lavender shampoo and conditioner and they’re the best products I think I’ve ever used. I have low porosity hair and they specialize in the whole weightless thing with their ingredients that are really soft on the hair, which works extremely well for my type of hair.I haven’t experienced hair falling or anything.

I had no idea why my hair went from…
I had no idea why my hair went from healthy and growing to shedding and breaking but I figured it out. This shampoo caused my hair major damage and hair loss. I mean if I ran my fingers through my hair clumps of hair would come out and it just kept breaking and breaking. It was brittle and wouldn’t hydrate at all. I tried another shampoo and conditioner and I may be able to save some of my hair. The difference is like night and day. This is a horrible product, a destructive product that needs to be pulled from the shelves.

Do not use!
This is the worse shampoo and conditioner I have ever used! After using this two times I have lost a significant amount of hair. It also stripped a good amount of my recent dye job. I have been left with pieces on the top of my head that have been broken off and are sticking up. I have a super thin ponytail now. I was so happy to see other people with the same results, just due to the fact on Amazon and basically every other site it's all 4.5 stars. The beauty industry is really, really messed up. I ended up getting the "It's a 10" Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner (that my boyfriend was so kind enough to buy for me) that I would normally buy. It's worth the price and CVS usually sells the smaller bottles of it. It's awful to run my fingers through my hair and not feel what I am used to. There needs to be a lawsuit against this company. I'm so sorry and praying for anyone else that has gone through this. They should change the name to Hate and Ugly because that's what range of emotions you will have after you use this product.

Burned My Scalp
I had been using the Love Beauty Planet Coconut and Mimosa Flower liquid shampoo and noticed that I was having sores and major hair loss, so I switched to the shampoo bar after the soap was done. Big mistake. The shampoo bar dried out my hair even more, and my scalp felt like it was on fire. I have since switched to a new brand, and my scalp sores are finally starting to heal. Even the sores on my back (the sores are where the ends of my wet hair usually rest after shower) are starting to clear up. After looking at the reviews here, it finally makes sense why my hair looks so frizzy and dry. Here I thought it was a food allergy; nope, it was LBP's soaps.There are even bald patches on my head where my hair used to be; it has been traumatizing to say the least. I am very grateful the hair loss is starting to slow down, but I am sure it will be weeks maybe months before my hair is back to normal. Do yourself a favor and skip this product; the negative reviews are no joke. The smell is fantastic, but the results not so much. For a company that advertises that it is safe for the planet and natural, saying I am disappointed is an understatement.

Muru muru and rose the best I've tried
I am so upset that I can't get my muru muru and rose shampp and conditioner from Love Beauty and Planet. I have extremely dry hair but these products returned my hair to its former glory. I've tried many products but these give me the best results. I think it's the muru muru (a hard ingredient to find in hair products even though it works a miracle on thick, coarse, dry hair) if you can source these products give them a go as I definitely recommend them. Postmenopausal women especially!

Devastating hair loss
I've been using the Murumuru Butter and Rose for about two months. I wash maybe twice a week, so I've made it through about half the bottle I bought. I began noticing more hair loss than usual right around when I started but it really picked up over the last month. Like I would get an enormous brush full of hair before I'd shower, a handful of strands while shampooing, and another equally big brush full when detangling after my shower. My scalp has also started itching, but I originally chalked everything up to stress and allergies.Then I kind of thought about it the last week in the shower and put 2 and 2 together that all this started at the same time I started using this shampoo, so I ended up here. So disappointed I didn't research this before I tried it. The next shower I switched back to my old shampoo and didn't lose much of anything shampooing and significantly less afterwards. My scalp also didn't itch when I was done. My hair is absolutely destroyed though. I have just about half what I used to. You can see my scalp at the top of my head when I put it in a very thin ponytail. I'm devastated. My hair is down to my waist so it's going to take years for me to recover, assuming I can regrow what this horrible product made fall out.It's criminal that they can keep selling this under the guise of something all natural and good for you.

I been using the shampoo and…
I been using the shampoo and conditioner and went to the Drs since my hair was falling out with a comb full after brushing and forget my shower drain what a mess!!! I had bloodwork tests all normal! I have been so distraught going to several Dr appts saying something is very wrong ! Until I had a thought that maybe it’s this shampoo and conditioner even the hair serum!! Then I came across so many of the same complaints of hair loss and this is horrific! They should be shut down!

Consider anything else than this brand
Consider anything else than this brand if you care about your hair. I’ve been using this product for a few months now, and I’ve been loving it up until recently. My ponytails used to be very full, and like straining on my hair to put into kind of full, but lately I’ve been noticing my hairbrush had much more hair on it than it used to, my ponytails and braids are half the size of what they used to be, and the bottom half of my hair is half of my actual hairs length and just looks broken and brittle on the ends. Honestly I’m not even sure how an organic shampoo and conditioner can do this, but please use anything else, and if you feel like you might be losing hair DONT IGNORE IT or play it off like I did. Please use a different product

NO STARS!My scalp face and eyebrow on left side break out 1 month after using and hair broke off. Dermatis on my head, face, and eye brow so itchy still waiting to get a Dr. appointment to treat. Called the company and they don't care!! I wish I could show photos!

This brand honestly all smells really good from the hair masks to the shampoos and using it made me kind of feel a difference in my hair with the softness I need to keep trying it out but so far it’s been making my hair smell really good

Extreme HAIR LOSS! I have been using the Love
I have been using the Love, Beauty and Planet for awhile. Over the time my hair has become incredibly thin and I have had handfuls of hair! Like a lot to the point of tears loss. I would then comb with a wide comb when I got out of the shower and more hair on my comb. My husband has had huge sores on his scalp. We need to start a lawsuit against this company! They claim to be natural but they are not! I just want to cry about my hair! They are all going in the garbage!

As soon as I received the Love Beauty and Planet Nourishing Daily Shampoo, Sun-Kissed Mandarin, 13.5 fl oz product in exchange for my honest opinion, I wanted to use it immediately. The Shampoo smells divinely delicious and the difference in my hair was almost immediate. My hair is super dry and this Shampoo left it shiny, super hydrated and smelling good. I highly recommend this shampoo

Caused alot of hairfall
Caused alot of hairfallWorst shampoo. I started experiencing hairless within two washes of using this company's products. Didn't make the connection, after several visits to doctor and expensive medication, found out its the shampoo. Threw it out immediately, now finally my hair is getting healthy.

Caused so many sores and I have no idea why
I have had dermatitis in the back of my scalp from other not clean products so I switched to a soap but it was too hard to use in bar form so I switched to this thinking it was pure and clean. I ended up with sores all over my head and greasy hair after I used it. I thought it was odd that it was so greasy right after I used it but then the sores came. I have no idea why a clean formula would cause this but I cant use it. I have never had this amount of dermatitis from a shampoo.

Causes hair loss and itchy scalp!!
Been using the Love beauty and planet coconut shampoo and conditioner for "thinning hair" for maybe six months now. This product that has caused my itchy scalp and hair loss especially on my hairline! It's going in the garbage today I hope this company burns to the ground!
