Poor customer treatment.
Macadamia Hair spa WidnesIn the summer I booked 2 appointments 20th Dec for a treatment and 24th Dec for a colour as we are going away. Last time I was there both appointments were confirmed. Yesterday they advised me I didn’t have a booking for 20th and wanted to offer another day. Not suitable! Had these appointments booked for months and think this is disgusting. Not the way to treat a customer. Will never book with them again.
