FOOD INEDIBLE - REFUSED REFUND!!!
Our order came to £85 in total through Deliveroo (which is a whole separate review). Our order came covered in oil. We served the food and poured the sauce over the rice and noodles to then discover that the satay sauce itself was FULL of oil. The plate was swimming in oil to be honest to the point that it was completely inedible. Literally just after a few mouthfuls my partner had to even run and was sick. On calling the restaurant, not only was there a serious language barrier but the person I spoke with was extremely irritate, shouted down the phone at me, was rude, wouldn’t let me finish speaking and denies that there was an issue with the food (even though at this point my partner was ill). I had taken photos of the food and sent it to both the restaurant and Deliveroo and neither accepted responsibility nor gave me a refund. I will be bringing this issue to trading standards. The food is VERY mediocre at best but 100% not worth the money that it is all priced at. I would advise to definitely go else where!!!
