I was real sorry to hear that they’re competitors who I’ve heard horror stories about have been posting fake reviews on many platforms such a disgrace because I’ve had such a great experience from start to finish. Communication was solid, my engineering arrived on time, and the building kit showed up exactly as promised. Everything was straightforward, no surprises, and the team always picked up or messaged back when I had questions.

Great customer service!
What stood out to me was the customer service. My rep took the time to walk me through different building options without trying to upsell me into something I didn’t need. He made sure the building was designed for my snow and wind loads and helped me avoid a few mistakes I would’ve made on my own. Professional and easy to deal with.

This is my second building
This is my second building. It went up twice as fast thank you guys for always answering the phone and having patience with me on the delivery. Can’t thank you guys enough my neighbor might want one now too…

Gary helped me from the first phone…
Gary helped me from the first phone call (super friendly) selecting the building that would fit me best …even when I didn’t know how to do a few things after my building was up months later. He answered his phone every time I called and if he didn’t, he called me within a few hours. I would highly recommend this company. The building is top notch, and the customer service is amazing. And I love to be able to support an American company.. finally found a company who I didn’t feel like I was in a high pressure sale.. everybody was very friendly.. the product speaks for itself just like they said it would. We purchased a P30 x 40 after Gary‘s recommendation and it took us three days to pull it up. Gary told us it would take us 4 to 5 days. When I told him that he always says, I like to under promise and over deliver.. The only issue I had was I couldn’t get my land leveled so we had to delay the delivery. Once I called Gary and told him this, he reminded me of the delay delivery program and zero storage fee…Amazing.. we rescheduled the delivery for a few months later . Problem solved ! we will definitely be putting up our next building with Mayflower. Thanks Gary, Val and Jeff & team.

Unfortunately, I purchased a 19x19 steel building from Mayflower Steel Buildings. They have ties to Stand Fast Steel Building Systems. They said free delivery but after I gave them a non-refundable deposit they tell me that I am responsible for unloading the truck and that I needed a forklift. I couldn't find a forklift so I had to unload it by hand which took 2.5 hours with the help of another person. I was missing a panel from the order. They ignored my request to complete the order. They sent me the wrong style base plates and would not replace them. I had to cut 68 linear feet to be able to use the baseplates which took hours and many cutting wheels. Any errors they cause is your problem. They will ignore any requests to resolve any errors. The skylight is of low quality. One corner of the skylight came delaminated. Steel building buying advice: never buy a steel building from a website that does not display a physical address. Check their BBB profile and verify they are connected to stated physical address. If you can't find their business on BBB, BBB-accredited or not, to me, that is a RED FLAG.Update: They sent me the missing panel after I wrote negative review and created a website of my awful experience. Now for the garage door. The blueprints state an 8 foot wide garage door opening. What I got was an 7 foot 10 inch garage door opening. Being 2 inches short is now going to cost me more money when it comes to installing a garage door.
