Well thought out products in that Industry. They do care about the customer experience which is why they have always made it right, even if they are human and mess up once in a while. I have always felt welcomed to the brotherhood. Semper Fi. and Carry on. the instructional video a good to use. I am enjoying the Ruger Carbine products and the Taurus products.
Purchased accessories for my PMR30 and had issues after installing them. These were supposed to improve performance but did not. I sent a note to their so-called "Help email" and NEVER got a reply. Once they have your money, they couldn't care less.
I sent an email and a text asking for product fitment clarification, and so far, crickets. I’ve purchased their products previously, but if this is what I can expect via-a-vis customer service, I’ll look elsewhere.
so my package was late by quite a bit, when i called they answered. spoke to me like a person worked with me did what they could within reason. got my package today installed the parts its like a different firearm all together. great customer service great quality would order from them again in a heart beat.
I own a Ruger LCP .22LR with a stainless steel barrel. I wanted a matching silver metal trigger. MCARBO only offers a finished black trigger. Marc in engineering was kind in going out of his way to get me a raw unfinished trigger after I ordered it with a request in the order comment for a raw unfinished trigger. I received it today. It looks great. I can't wait to install it. Thanks again Marc and MCARBO.
I placed an order with these guys and when it showed as delivered it was not my mailbox.I sent them a message explaining the situation and they immediately responded which I appreciated but they told me I needed to file a claim with the Post Office which I think was a bit odd. I don't understand the customer service tactic of putting it on the customer.Nonetheless I attempted to do so And couldn't because the package wasn't insured by them so the Post Office stated that it could not be submitted for a loss claim.Instead I filed for a missing mail piece search and send it to them asking if it would suffice. Since then I've sent multiple follow ups and they've never responded.First of all it's not acceptable to put the onus on the customer to do the research because a package wasn't delivered and secondly ignoring then asking for clarification is even worse.This is my 1st time dealing with this company and it will be my last.They've gotta be stupid if they don't think I won't get my money back through a credit card dispute. Because of their garbage customer service I'll leave my review across every platform on the Internet.
Ok, so I originally bought the aftermarket OEM version of the sig flat trigger and the MCARBO spring kit for my 365. I've also tried out a few aftermarket version and although they were pretty nice, I am so so glad I tried MCARBO's trigger. Wish I did it sooner but hey this trigger is Awesome! My gunsmith even asked me about it. haha I 100% Love everything about this 365 trigger and I have to say that I am seriously impressed with the quality of this product. Pretty and solid! Be careful while adjusting the screw. Small changes make a massive difference.
M*CARBO is a private business focusing on specialized on-demand manufacturing parts (specifically for certain firearms). I purchased various aftermarket parts for a KELTEC KSG (orange safety shell followers, aluminum trigger + trigger spring kit, tube spikes, and shell selector lever extension, cheek protector + shoulder pad, barrel nut socket), and have been extremely pleased with the quality of all products. Everything was packaged and shipped with great care, and delivery was speedy (even by standard shipping).M*Carbo included some knick knacks (stickers mostly, LOL), and I believe I even used a 10% coupon for one of my follow-up purchases after my initial order.If I had more firearms (or an armed security company using the KSG or SUB-2000), I definitely do business with this company again. Thank you for making this country great!
