I recently ordered RAM from memorystock for my laptop. I didn't realize that I accidentally ordered 4800MHz instead of the 5600MHz that I wanted. Thankfully a support rep from the company called me to confirm before shipping and he was able to cancel my initial order so I could get the correct RAM. They refunded me immediately and shipped my new order the same day. That quick phone call was a really nice touch and saved me from buying the wrong item. I am very happy to support businesses like this, I wish there were more of them!

I work in cybersecurity and need a lot of RAM to run some demanding programs. I was having difficulty finding a compatible hardware upgrade kit; went through multiple other vendors who sent incompatible kits. Excellent RAM with Excellent Warranty
First, MemoryStock.com's memory RAM selector was the reason for my initial purchase. I figured they put in the time to make this wonderful search tool for my HP computer, I would reward them for it with my business. I ordered up two 16 GB DDR4 and it got here in decent time. My stock 8 GB was just so slow. I literally was wasting hours of my life waiting for programs and websites to load. Once I installed the two new sticks, instant difference. Everything loaded so much faster. I was a happy customer. So happy I ordered some more memory for my work computer as well and noticed the improvement as well! Two years later I started to get blue screen of death with a memory management error. I pulled my two sticks out and put the factory one back in and no more BSOD. TWO YEARS AFTER MY INITIAL PURCHASE I contacted MemoryStock.com and they responded quickly with some tips to try and get it to work, but they also included in the same e-mail what to do if I wanted to send it back. I tried the tips, no luck, so I quickly was issued an RMA and I send the memory back. In less than a week's time, I had two new sticks back at my house. I installed them and the BSOD is gone. My computer is back to running fast again. We all know we are going to upgrade computers. It is inevitable. Every time I do, I will be maxing out my memory from MemoryStock.com. Your quality RAM and lifetime warranty has earned you a customer for life.

I wanted to purchase laptop memory upgrade 2x16GB. As per memorystock.com website description, it was CL15 memory. I talked to their customer support just before placing the order, to confirm that memory rating is really CL15. Their customer support confirmed it, and I placed the order with a special note "Please make sure it is CL15 memory".After several days, I received the memory, but there was no confirmation about CL15 in paperwork, or memory sticks! I immediately contacted their support (BIPIN) and he assured me that their shipping department made sure it is CL15. I didn't buy that, and I asked for actual confirmation. BIPIN gave me direction to install it, and then verify it with a tool called CPUID CPU-Z. I paid for installation of my memory. I was shocked when I saw that CL is 20 - so more than 30% slower memory.I contacted their support again and at this point they apologized and told me that they do not have CL15 memory. Khalid and Sam G from customer support made every effort to compensate me in fair manner. I was satisfied with the final resolution.

Not the first time I have bought memory from MemoryStock and have always been most satisfied. This time, however, I was not sure of the specs of what memory I needed so I placed and paid for an order. Then I had second thoughts and wanted more memory for the same machine Went on line and chatted and and asked for help: I decided to get larger sticks and was subsequently emailed the prices etc. I,m using an older machine and decided that the expense wasn't worth it.
