BIRD has shown poor responses to my service issues. They are still charging us for something I have requested be cancelled, despite numerous attempts to contact them they fail to respond appropriately. The service is not what I thought it was, its not very good either. I wanted a virtual number to start using WhatApp business, it doesn't do this unless you want to log in to their API portal to send each message. This is not how I want to use Whatsapp Business.

I want to delete all our data and accounts. 3 weeks, 1 number trying to register an SMS Number to allow for sending of SMS and stop these errors "details: sender unregistered; reason: carrier_rejected; code: 104"Why we are leaving;1) There is no clear documentation on how to register a number for sending SMS messages. 2) One minute I have to do this to register a number and then the next minute I have to do something else. 3) Recently I was told to send a SMS message I have to order a Alphaumeric Order. I did this where it took a week for someone to understand that the ticket create by your system made the ticket, to then find out your systems did not attach the relevant information to the ticket at the time of ordering Alphaumeric order. 4) I get told it is done and should not be a problem, I test and again "details: sender unregistered; reason: carrier_rejected; code: 104" shows.5) After 3 weeks of trying to get the number +447893989288 registered to be enabled to send SMS messages and trying 3 different methods, the number even though being told twice it has been done still hows unable to send SMS messages. What you need to do!!!!!!!1) Design a way for us consumers to register an SMS Number to send messages simpler and easier.2) Documentation does direct people to the form made easier and simpler to find. The Number I want states the use case when registering the number, it also has a status of OK next to the use case. Avoid this company. We have used this company and the messages were not being delivered as expected. I requested to have my outstanding credit refunded and then to close my account as I have found a better company. I then had an e-mail saying that the finance company have refused the refund and that my account has been closed at my request when the request was to close it after the refund and not just take my money. The company are hard to talk to and have removed my correspondence off their website. Do like me and make sure you get screen shots of all conversaion. We found this service NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.The company sent me a link to the terms and conditions that ended up being a faulty link.

MessageBird started as my B2P for all my business. Since the new year of 2024 they have streamlined their brand to Bird which now they charge you for everything even for Free Tier messages like WhatsApp (under 1k), Instagram and Facebook.Their pricing page is almost hidden so it was very hard to figured out why we had to pay for Free Tier messages.We believe changing to Bird (formerly MessageBird) is a downgrade from the already great platform.Ultimately we switched to Meta Business Suite which is buggy but at least they honor the Free Tier messages.

I wish I could give 0 Star. Their services is pure scam and the support is extremely poor.We purchased the number waited 2 weeks for approval and they didn't even reply to our tickets. I had to create another ticket to chase them up. Asked them for refund even we still couldn't use any of their services and they said no refund. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. You will be better of with Twilio or someone else.

Unreasonable deductions, $50 was charged even though I couldn’t use it, and no refund was given.
There is no good service, money is deducted randomly, and the usage process is blocked.

I experienced really bad service. I had an account for multiple years, paid my bills, and out of nowhere, my account was deleted, including the balance. I can't log in, I can't reset my password, and my email is no longer valid. While I understand that you may not prioritize small customers, it would have been fair to send an email and refund my money. This is the most unprofessional cloud service I have ever used!

Do yourself a favor...
We invested so much time and effort in building and customizing what we needed on MB's platform. We had a lot of service problems but still our volumes grew exponentially because 1. We were growing a lot monthly. 2. We didn't have the time to rebuild all what we had built on another company's platform. After one year, and after all the time invested and problems solved, MB decided to change drastically the business model. We can no longer afford it, it doesn't make any economic sense, it is not what they promised a year ago, and of course, they make you sign unilateral contracts that only protects them.Let me tell you what you'll find working with MB.- Arrogance. - No data at all about where the charges are coming from.- A lot of technical issues.- Change of business model without any warning.- Slow and very bad quality support.- Excuses.Do yourself a favor and go away. I'd have appreciated someone warning me before all this disaster with MB.

I've been dealing with MessageBird SMS integration for about a month now, and I haven't achieved any results. I loaded $30 into the wallet upfront, and they provided a terrible service without refunding the money. Avoid choosing this company, or you'll be very disappointed.

Terrible support and experience
Terrible support, they didn't resolve my problems, the flow doesn't work and keeps giving a 500 error, and my sms to email stopped working and couldn't receive OTP codes anymore, I asked them to resolve it and they giving me some excuse that OTP codes don't work anymore. I asked to close my account since I have no further use for their useless service. They don't even refund your money from the account balance, although I didn't use any of it from a recent topup. The customer support agent was more in a hurry to check the ticket as closed.

Very poor at communicating important with their customers. We recently received an email with the heading: [Action needed] Pre-approval for sending SMS to Australia is required.I wasn't too concerned by this, as we don't operate in Australia. Only weeks later when we noticed an issue did I check over all correspondence from MessageBird and only say when I read the content of the email that it said: MessageBird is introducing an enhanced SenderID registration process for Australia and UK...Why on earth would you only mention Australia and not mention the 'UK' in the email header when emailing a UK based company??? Absolutely bewildered by them and now taking weeks for them to approve the SMS originator IDs that we urgently require! Going to move all services over to Twilio!
