Not great product and worse customer service. I purchased the product had and issue with it, needed to return and was told I would be charged for return shipping even though the item arrived damaged. Do NOT buy, can find better options with better service.

Device removes flaky skin and peach fuzz easily.Convenient and there is no down time after use. Skincare is more readily absorbed and makeup looks better as well. Skin feels smooth and soft after use.

I purchased the Michael Todd sonic face cleanser since my beloved Clarisonic died and have been very happy with the product as I hadn’t found a comparable product… until now! I love it so much I have 2! One for my shower and one pretty floral one for my sink. I then purchased a sonic smooth and it really exfoliates all the old skin and removes all the peach fuzz and it really smoothes out my skin! I’m a forever fan 🫶🏽

Free upgrade after stopped working
My Soniclear stopped working after about 6 months. They offered to replace it with the latest version for free. Very happy with the customer service.

Poorly made devices, don't last.
I purchased two of their foot exfoliating tools and neither will hold a charge. I also purchased the hydraskin facial mister and it was great...in the very short time that it worked. Junk. Waste of money.

Love the product but missing replacement cap
Love the product but with all those replacement blades, there is no replacement cap to keep the blade/device clean and free from dust. If you lose the original clear one, you have to buy a new device or just leave it uncovered (risk of dust, infection ). If it had one cap for each blade tray, or even a way to get a replacement, I’d give it 5 stars.

When I received mine, l'd have to try it right away. It was amazing. I can't even tell you. Then I ran into a small glitch and had to contact customer service. Nowadays, that's not always a positive experience. But I gotta tell you this company stands behind their product and their product is amazing..

I purchased my Sonicsmooth Pro + device and it stopped charging. I reached out to Customer Care at Michael Todd Beauty and they responded quickly with options to resolve the issue including honoring their warranty. It is often difficult to receive responses from Customer Care these days so it is significant that I received a quick response. The fact that they stand behind their products is also huge. I am happy with the device so was really upset when it stopped charging. I am so glad I will have this resolved at no cost and be able to continue using this great item!

I have been using my Soniclear elite everyday since Jan 2024. I just started to notice my battery wasn’t holding charge. I sent an email to the customer service team and the very next day they had a solution for me. Best customer experience ever I will forever be in Michael Todd Beauty fan!

I'm so happy with this Michael Todd Beauty device. i've using the same dermaplane device for 5 yrs and it always breaks, but, I just buy a new one because it's cheap.With my new Sonicsmooth Pro+ I won't be wasting money and the product is 100 times more effective. This is the smoothest my facial skin has ever been. It has 3 speeds and easy to change blades. This is definitely a great investment.

Sonicsmooth Pro+ Customer Service gets an A+
I love my Sonicsmooth Pro+, but it quit working after charging it for the third time. Green light would come on, but the head would not light up or vibrate. I reached out to Michael Todd Beauty on late Friday morning and they actually got back to me the following Saturday morning. I was really impressed that they got back to me so quickly and on the weekend.Their Customer Service responding in record time and it truly impressed me!! Thank you Customer Service for your fast response time and willingness to take care of my situation. I look forward to receiving my replacement soon so I can continue to take care of my skin.

Chore to charge , then Just stops working after 5-6 times
Several years back I caught a Mother’s Day special ( should have known) 2022? Around there it was a 2 for one or similar I bought like 4 different tools, at first very nice I especially liked the foot exfoliation one. I also had a face shaver; my daughter said hers didn’t work , she didn’t open for a while with a move. Mine charging was a chore, after 5-6 times just stopped period. Don’t know if charger cords or weak motors , very disappointing!

Yikes. Customer service gave me the impression that they have MANY complaints. They jumped to conclusions and were passive aggressive from the get-go.It appears they do not need repeat business so it is a toss of the coin.In my case, I did not receive the product. I notified them. They took no responsibility. They kept my money.

Soniclear is BEYOND impressive!
I turned 50 and noticed the flaws and wrinkles so i decided to try this face scrubber for exfoliation and deep cleansing and it has been beyond effective! It is unlike any product I’ve ever used and leaves my face feeling clean and exfoliated, leaving my face with a natural glow. It’s easy to hold and fits perfectly in the charger. This is the 1st Michael Todd Beauty tool I’ve purchased, but it definitely won’t be my last!
