I wish I could give no stars if I could. Never trust this company again, after many years of corporation with a first need of their support, (not to pay any amount because of accident but only to be present for the mater we had)They just ignore us as all other their clients .Not trustable at all.
I wished to obtain an insurance quote for a motorcycle after working away from home for a number of years, where i had no time to ride, this meant i didn't have a motorcycle on the road for many years, so had no Cyprus no claims' history.upon contacting this company via their website where i had requested quotes for comprehensive and third party insurance.I received a reply from a lady that simply stated "we dont do comprehensive insurance" and nothing else, that was unprofessional to say the least.I replied and requested them to supply me with a quote for third party insurance then.The reply to that was "call us on the attached number"I don't suffer fools at all let alone lightly, so for their own good me talking to them direct was not a good idea, because if they had said something stupid, they would get upset at their stupidity being pointed out to them, so it's best (for them) to do all communication via email. But in this case, the company representative still managed to act in a very unprofessional manneri replied that calling was not a suitable option at this time and requested they supply me with a quote via email.The reply stating again that I should call showed that the representative wasn't really interested in assisting.After requesting a quote via email a second time i was presented with the reason why calling was a better option for them.I replied to the options, providing them with the information pointed out which would have allowed them to supply a quote.That reply simply stated we cannot quote you.
I was a customer for 4 years, and I had an intermediary that handled the renewals of my contract.After the intermediary retired, my insurance expired and they didn't even bother to inform me.I gave them a call and they told me they will not renew my contract, without giving any reason, other than it is "company policy".It is worth noting that I never made any claims with this insurance in the 4 Years I was with them. They had no reason not to renew my contract.
Away from this insurance company. This company has many trials where is refusing to pay customers for various accidents. Unfortunately, the appropriate authority here in Cyprus do nothing about this and really i am wondering if they really check insurance companies for the normal function in the Country.
