I paid $9.99 for a BB Bold unlock code on April 15, 2020. Didn't receive code after two days. Tried to send email on their website. It responds with a message 'Email address not valid'. I believe it is a Fake (and pirate) site to cheat the customers. Don't use it!
Paid for unlock code and no code and no refund received. They do not communicate in any way. This is a scam website.

Scam site. Not worth the money. they have NO support. They have NO phone. No live chat. Nothing.And, on December 1st, 2017, they will be out of business. Fake site. Fake Site. Fake Site.Scammers.
Paid $30 for an unlock code, but the code did not work. Instead of offering good customer service, they want me to find/borrow another phone to take a video of me getting the IMEI from the phone, then entering the faulty unlock code into the phone again, reducing my allowable number of incorrect attempts. They couldn't have been more disrespectful.

I'm new in unlocking world. I found a cheaper price at virgin than telus so i decided to change compagny. The men at the store said that I need to unlock my phone before switch compagny. They suggest me Mobileincanada.com. I order my unlock code in the morning and before 12 oclock I receive the code. They send me instruction and my phone was unlock after 5 minute so now I'm free to going to virgin. thanks guys! You were cheaper than telus!
DO NOT USE THEM its a scam company these days,they will just tell you that there word unlocking company is slow and you will not get a code,unless of course you have one of the very older style phones that were east to unlock.they will stay in contact with you till money clears then its see you later.thank god for pay pal as if you have any chance of getting your funds back they will at least try.I HOPE
