I think there should be a Tort action against this company for deliberately setting up thier appeals procedure so that all appeals are in thier favour. Additionally an investigation should be conducted on the judge and his financial records and the lifestyle fully investigated for potential monies received by parent companies or third parties from this company or employee's.

Totally unfit for purpose and Judges have no clue
Two of my claims were struck out without even getting a hearing, Judges are utterly unfit for the job, had to report two of them to the JCIO, they take £465 off you but do not refund. The portal is pathetic, you can not see what the defendant replies to them with. I have asked many times for things to be amended they do not reply on email, I have sent the same requests in the post, not sure if I will ever hear from them. The justice system is geared up for criminals . The country is a disgrace! No wonder people take matters into their own hands, as the police or courts do not protect innocent people. I have been ripped off, stalked, harassed, social media accounts taken down, fraud committed, perjury and the list goes on, I started this claim in November 2021. Now having to go through it all again with a new claim. Im fuming and disgusted.

Completely pointless system
Completely pointless system. Nothing gets updated during the process leaving you confused about what is happening. Most of the time when you try to fill in any of the required fields with information, you just get an error message and are left wondering if this will negatively effect your case. Honestly, the system may as well revert back to the traditional paper only method if this is the best digital solution anyone can come up with. Terrible.

I’ve tried multiple times, each time filling the form out again. I just get the same message.I haven’t been able to read the defendant’s full response either for the same reason. Total shambles.

Waste of time and money. My claim was regarding a car dealership company who didnt give me money for repairs during warranty period.Once you apply for money claim, you need to fill the lengthy form and pay money for this bullsh** service. Then to proceed further you keep on paying them and after asking them for updates, they said that bailiff was sent to the address but defendant didnt allow twice and they couldnt establish whether the defendant have any assets to pay me back. How stupid, its a business address. How can you not establish whether defendant can pay me back or not. They are continuing with their dodgy business and these moneyclaim stupid guys continue with their dodgy business. Doesn't deserve even a single star.

Raised a complaint with MCOL, regarding misleading and incorrect information they had provided.After contacting Customer Services for an update their advisor Dominique stated complaints were not dealt within any timeframe’s, a contact number would not be provided, an email address would not be provided and no updates would be provided.When I enquired wether this was a fair and reasonable complaints procedure she immediately hung up.Judging by all the negative comments posted, is this Government related department fit for purpose and run by the right people. Absolutely appalling service.

Use this Government website at your peril ! It will cost you money and time. It is a mechanical, institution without human empathy. You will face a myriad of hieroglyphics style Forms and Forms to fill in. Where you send them a question and they come back to you with another question and another Form to complete. This Institution has “no teeth”, the Defendant ignores their approach, without consequences, and they know it ! CNBC asks you NOT to forget to let them know if the Defendant has paid up ??!!! CNBC Form N225 asks the Claimant to enter the D.O.B from the Defendant. What happens if the Defendant doesn't want to give you their D.O.B ? And, as in my case the Defendant is a County Council with hundreds of employees ? I have been told this JAN25 that my Claim L3QZ77M1 of MAY24 has expired due to non-compliance. They say “you failed in regularly visiting your account”. Yet I have several emails proving the contrary. Moreover my Case “was stayed on 25th Nov24 due to no action from me”. But I have an email to them dated 21st Nov 24, asking for help since I could not give the D.O.B of Kingston Council Parking Services !!They are now asking me to fill in another Form N244 and pay up £119.00 and start this whole rigmarole all over again !. No chance !! They do not deserve, not even ONE Star and I wonder who oversees the performance of these Government Institutions.

They give you a number which I have called of 20 times and sometimes it will cut me off straight away and other times will allow be to choose an option and cut me off straight away or cut me off after I have been holding for 20-30 mins! Been chasing money from a company / rogue trader since August 2023. Used this organisation / site went to court at a cost - and won. Company did not pay the money. Had to use the site to get a warrant - again at a cost. The bailiff's went to the company and they refused to let them into the premises. The bailiff's then tried again and the there was no answer - they returned the warrant stating that I had to provide a time where the rogue trader would be available - and pay again - another £91. Even if he is there and refuses entry there is nothing that they will do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!What is the point of this service - if they do not enforce the court ruling and this scum that has defrauded my elderly parents out of hundred of pounds is not accountable. This trader has history of doing this and no wonder if this service is continuing to fail so badlyThis service takes months to progress steps and return emails. You are left on-hold for over an hour to try and speak to someone - getting cut off.I will be making a complaint and involving my local MP.

Same as everyone else. I was owed £2.5K by the company I’m claiming from. After hundreds paid to this company, I received an email telling me that I needed to use correct wording and write in red. I did exactly that on their instruction back in September but no; in this email they advised that I needed to cross out the original and write in red next to it. Unbelievable. This is a complete scam with absolutely no hope of getting my original money back 9 months down the line. Shame on you.

Money spent: £496 (close to £500 based on my recollection) Why 1 star rating: 1.** Slow, not effective to getting your monies back2. You spend even more monies on top of what you already lost in the first place - by paying more monies to Money Claims Online, then to legal advisors and solicitors should you dare to proceed to court hearing even 3. When calling their contact centre: Extremely long queue, waiting time anywhere from 45 mins - 1 hour 30/40 minutes across the 4 times I needed to reach out to them to make an inquiry. *calling them today 20th December, proved to be very different experience where I only waited no more than 5 minutes to be attended (they have perhaps improved). 4. Email: 2-3 days response * no response to my final email, following me making an inquiry on a letter I received from them, on my case being transferred to a local county court - so I had to call them on 20th December (as ref in pointer 3 above here) 5. Agent from Money Claims Online advised me to contact local county court for further progress on the case: agent from county court advised that it's solely up to judge to decide on whether to progress the case to court hearing. If judge decides to a court hearing, I'd not have option to say 'no'. (entirely different from what mediator from Money Claims Online advised)** reference to pointer 1 above - Timeline of events: August - started a claimSeptember - DQ sent to defendantOctober - Defendant filed October - DQ sent to meNovember - I filed DQNovember - Mediation by Money Claim** 1. Mediator called me at a time during appointed 2 hours time-slot from a private number. 2. Took my reasons for claim for refund, conveyed this to defendant3. Called defendant to take their own reasons to reject my claim4. Conveyed defendant's reasons to me and gave me an option to either close the case or let this proceed to a court hearing. (he advised that I still have option to say no to a court hearing)5. I received a letter stating that my case has been transferred to a local county court for allocation

Useless have made a few claims- they either rejest them /ask for fees when not owed, request changing commas or stupid things like that, request sending to to other placesinsteas as claim the authority lied-denied they were the correct branch etc (the pigs in that case '22) Actually won a counterclaim but then they suddenly changed it to the claimant to not pay me+(estate agent)even she asked them why they did that - they owe us ££££

Useless ! Happy to take the fee money but not able to provide an adequate service, takes weeks to get an email reply, makes ZERO effort to recover money and happy to hand it back with no success. We apply online to recover debt which means we are owed the money, you then pay more out to get it recovered, this is then unsuccessful because you haven't tried, we are then even more worse off than before ! CHEERS ! Your suppose to be helping not making it worse ! !

Moneyclaims Online Fiasco
Criminals, conmen and rip off artists can now do as they please and get away with it! unless of course you take the law into your own hands which now seems to be the only option open to you due to it being virtually impossible to take out a summons against them. I tried to do this on the government Moneyclaims center but could only get as far as the 'Draft' section of the website and then could get no further? i tried phoning but gave up after 1 hour receiving no answer, i left my phone number on the online service as requested to do but three days later received no reply! so i am now left with no other alternative but send the completed summons form by post to Northampton, so much for modern technology doing things online...Another classic example of how useless the legal system is trying to take someone to court. When it was actually possible to achieve this I took somebody to court but they failed to appear and I was awarded the judgement against him, that was on the 2.5.24, a few weeks later I took the next step to recover what was owed to me by having the judgement debtor attend court. To have this order served upon him by the court it would cost me another £196 but what was so ridiculous each time I called Truro county court to pay this amount it was refused. I Tried doing this from 31.5.24 numerous times and each time was given the same old story, "It is in the pipeline but not ready to do yet" this went on for 11 weeks until the court finally decided it could take payment as it had now become impossible to contact Truro county court directly and all calls are now redirected to the Family and civil national contact centre In Birmingham were all you receive is a recording that is so slow, so long and so boring that you could fall asleep listening to it. It informs you it can take up to 20 weeks for you to get any response? and if you don't how can you contact them? the answer is you cant! so as my money had at long last been taken I finally on the 20.8.24 am informed by letter the defendant debtor is due to appear on court on 17.12.24. I therefore must now wait for up to 20 weeks to find out the outcome, but on the 19.10.24 I receive an identical letter to the one I receive prior stating the hearing will now take place on the 7.1.25, no explanation as to why was given? I am now trying to find out if possible why? this gives the defendant debtor more than enough time to change his address, skip the country to the other side of the world or possibly drop dead from old age by the time the court bothers to do anything, all this and yet when the laws were changed many years ago due to how slow, difficulty and expensive it was to take someone to court they had the audacity to call this the 'Fast Track'
