I contacted Moral Compass with concerns of a misdiagnosis and they threatened to sue me for slander and put a lien on the property, although I have already paid the bill. I would recommend looking elsewhere for work.
I've done my research and it paid off. Was looking for a company that offered high end services at prices we can afford. With their amazing craftsmanship and customer service, I've found my company of choice.
Moral Compass stands by their name. When another company deemed a unit ready for replacement they were able to fix the unit for free through HomeServe as a wire came loose affecting the defrost cycle. Trustworthy and amazing attention to detail!
