Scammers

The only commendable aspect of my experience with this company was the complimentary transportation from the train station to the dealership.I traveled over 100 miles with my pregnant partner, enduring a couple of hours on the train to purchase a reliable seven-seater vehicle. They misplaced my driving license whilst on a test drive which only lasted one mile as the car had only three miles of range remaining. After just 12 days of ownership, I reached out via email regarding numerous significant issues. Three months later, the MOT revealed five dangerous faults, two major failures, and eight advisories on a vehicle that had passed its previous test—flawlessly with no advisories—only 2,500 miles prior.Unfortunately, it had turned out that head gasket had failed before I even drove it off the lot. This led to one recovery by the AA and another self-recovery to the nearest safe location once I paid for the repair bills to get it through the MOT.Communication from the dealer has been non-existent, through the AA complaints team which they are back by. Even when the matter escalated to small claims court, which has now been transferred to a high court. I strongly advise against doing business with this dealer. Their website has vanished, making them untraceable.They will ultimately face repercussions for my refund, along with court costs and repair expenses.

Scammers. The 'MOT' they do pre-sale is a complete sham. Car was falling to bits less than a year later, 2 separate garages said there was no way it would have passed the MOT legitimately. Thanks for selling me a dangerous car for £4k!

Unreliable Car and Poor Pre-Sale Inspection: A Regrettable Purchase

It's disappointing that there's no zero star rating available. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy a car from them. I purchased a car from them, and after just a few drives, it completely broke down. The AA identified problems with the AdBlue system and vehicle sensors. When I bought the car, the engine management light was on, but I was reassured it was nothing to worry about, and they cleared it. However, the light came back shortly after. It seems the issue was already present, and no thorough checks were done before selling the vehicle.

My car has been with them for over four months, and it is still not finished. Despite paying £1,400 upfront to expedite the repairs, I was later asked to pay an additional £434.Throughout this time, I faced numerous delays and false promises, primarily from a person named Jason Stevens. He repeatedly lied about the status of the repairs and the availability of parts. Every week, I received different excuses: they ordered the wrong part, they were still waiting for the part, they couldn’t find the part, or even absurd reasons like being sick or dropping their phone into a river.I originally expected the repairs to be completed within two weeks, so I paid for six months of road tax (£99), which is now almost entirely wasted as I haven't been able to use my car for over four months. Additionally, despite the offer of free services, I strongly advise against using Motor Shop Autos West Drayton. Their dishonesty and failure to complete the work in a timely manner are unacceptable.This experience has led to significant extra expenses and immense frustration. While I am considering legal action to address this issue, be cautious if you choose to work with them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARAGE THEY ARE SCAMS. These guys will not return your calls or response to my emails. 30 call attempts and 10 emails all to fix an issue that rose one week after the car was purchased. There was transmission oil leakage which they said they had fixed but all the oil drained out which led to the gear box failing. All within 4 months of purchasing and these guys won’t say anything about my complaint. Local Ford Garage will take £4098 to repair the car. The car is now parked at home. Left without car for 6 weeks now.

Very impressed with the initial…

Very impressed with the initial contacts. Good response time and reasonably accurate description. Good walk round video of outside, but nothing, apart from the boot, of the inside. Had they shown the inside I would have seen the cigarette burn and damaged leather on the drivers seat, also the SRS light which doesn't go out!! Obviously not serviced as oil was dark and oil filter dirty! SRS light would have been reset as well as the service indicator which showed 732 day overdue!! It took them 10 days to organise delivery. Deliveryman was great but delivered after dark, so I could look at car properly. Could do so much better if they got their act together!

Excellent service

Found the car with Motorshop, the service was excellent from the girls in the office, the salesman sayeed, the valet team that brought the car to immaculate and the delivery chappie, I would recommend buying a car from them as I am so happy with my car.

I thought every cowboy owned a horse !! avoid at all costs.I bought an audi A3 they done a service on it apparently but never gave me the paper work for it no booked stamped or nothing they made me chase for 2 months saying waiting on the garage, they gave me a receipt with motorshop on instead of the company garage that done the service, which is probably a fake made up receipt.They sold me the car with 30 days warranty for me to find out they were supposed to give me 3 months by law, they laughed at me on the phone saying they have rights, Honestly stay away from these clowns they will lie, break the law and rip you off

I wish I had read previous reviews! Car developed a serious mechanical fault within 2-mins of leaving. Place was closed, so limped it home. Took (very slowly) to local garage who fixed (two mounting bolts had come away from prop shaft causing severe metal on metal noise when driving). Companies warranty is valueless- car was undriveable and couldn't be returned. Have sent them invoice for repair but emails go unanswered. As others have said, yard seems chaotic, no one person to speak to with no way of identifying staff from customers. Speak to one person who seems to disappear to do something else. The only saving grace is the woman who works there who seems to be the only professional there. This is a truly terrible outfit which should be avoided at all costs. Other things I could say have been commented on before- they haven't changed. Will soon be commencing legal action to recover costs. A truly terrible outfit with zero customer service and no desire to put right faults.

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER !!!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!Please take 5 Mins to research this company ( I wish I had ) !!!! The Reviews speak for themselves !! And also no direct link to reviews from the dealers main website !! ( says it all really ) Unfortunately I came across a Porsche Boxster ( online ). On my initial phone call to this dealer, it was suggested that I take my vehicle ( which was to be taken in exchange ) down to them so they could look over it, and muself look over the Porsche . We agreed a time . Making my way to the dealer , I receive a call !! Are you still coming ?? Yes I reply !! I will be with you at agreed time .. ( this was aprox 30 mins before I was due to arrive . Upon arrival, I was a little taken back at the mess of this place .( don’t expect coffee and biscuits ) Also not the most easy to find places . After struggling to park in the mess of what appears to look like a salvage yard l. I walk to find the office …( guard dog makes me jump along the way . I approach the office and make myself known . ( I was there at the agreed time ).. After aprox 20 mins of not much happening , apart from someone looking over my car . I ask , can I see the Porsche I have come to view please ! . Hang on give us a bit was the reply . 1100 Am booking is now 11.30 am and I have yet to be acknowledged properly , let alone see the Porsche. Another 15 mins goes by . I ask politely again … can I see the Porsche please !! . It is at another location and will be here in 5 Mins was the reply ( no sorry / apology ) long story short …. Another 20 mins until the Porsche turns up . A test drive / deal done cars exchanged . Albeit I felt a little robbed . As was charged For a warranty that does not cover the vehicle as vehicle over 10 years old . So now new vehicle , a couple of minor issues to rectified by garage when parts arrive and all happy . Mmm not quite !!! Oil leaking / smell oil when engine hot / exhaust fallen off on back . Along with issues to be fixed !! Car collected / returned . Still oil leak / and car not changing up gear all the time /( automatic ) . This time babe to take car back myself / public transport home ( 50 mile journey ) . Car collected again , problems still exist !!! Can I have a full refund or swap back to old vehicle please I ask . I could but would be £3000 out of pocket on each deal . Eventually I decided to just take the car back and come away with nothing ( but now £3000 poorer !! And honestly the worse experience ever ) Agreed I would get 8k refund for a car I had paid them 11k for only 2 months ago !! Also I have never known a bank transfer to take up to 30 days ( to receive a refund ) They only tell you this once you signed the deal . They never call you back ( promise after promise ) . Excuse after excuse …. Manager not here !! Came back but popped out again !!! Definitely Vaal you !!! Please don’t do this to yourself . Another customer ( 8 weeks and still waiting for gearbox repair to be carried out on a car he bought for his daughter on her birthday ) This is honestly the most unpleasant experience I have ever come across !!! Also felt intimidated when 3 of them took me into the office because I was getting upset at the fact I thought my refund would have been instant ( not up to 30 days ) one man shouting …. Don’t give him his money back now 😯. ( hardly all my money back was it 😯 ) .I feel so badly about this company, that now the deal is complete . I am going to speak with the motor trade ombudsman . Please do yourself a favour and never go to this dealer !!!

AVOID AT ALL COST

PLEASEEEEE! AVOID The Motorshop AT ALL COST! This so-called car sales company lack very basic level customer care as a whole, within sales and after sales. I’ve had several problems with them and they had lied about the car I’ve purchased having a second key. They’ll have you end up chasing them to resolve any issues you face as they make a habit of saying they’ll solve the problem for you and don’t get back to you, avoiding calls and WhatsApp messages and their sales employees are dodgy/weird individuals.The least they do is offer you a lift from the station to their shop but even that they can’t get right

10/10 customer service

Firstly can I just say, from the layout, to the organisation and the fast responsive customer service !! Was amazing. Was referred motorshop by a friend and brought a car the same day and it just got delivered 3 days later. 100% reliable and will definitely be purchasing another car from them again! There was no pushy service and all choices were self made every person that mentions that they are buying a car these are the only people I will recommend! Thanks again x

This company has done nothing but lie

This company has done nothing but lie, I've been waiting for my car to be delivered all evening and they never showed or called i cancelled plans to wait aswell iv been waiting for this car for over a week and now I have to try and reverse the process!! Please please stay away from this company 🙏

Very poor dealer …

Stay away worst motor dealers ever took them one month to get me my car when delivered it was a disgrace wheels where curbed scratches on body filthy dirty & when I tried to deal with them they got aggressive but with legal help they took car back & paid money back avoid at all costs

Never buy a car from this dealer

Never buy a car from this dealerReally bad experience! I bought a car 66 plate, which was supposed to he serviced before the sell. I had checked everything at my local garage and they didn't change anything! Cambelt is old, all filters are old and dirty! The car was really disgusting inside and the engine was leaking oil! Don't bother buying from this scrapyard!
