I Requested For Proof to be sent to me where my Direct Debit payments to them that I set up years ago. Is Going. I was told by an Asian Guy oh I will sind you Email on Monday. Which would be after the weekend . When Monday came I received Nothing. It's been a month still nothing. I getting suspicioos that they are pocketing the money for themselves and not sending to the needy the most needed like they say they are. IF SO THEN WHY NEVER SEND ME PROOF. NEVER.SEND ME ANY PROOF FOR YEARS DIRECT DEBITS GOING OUT FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT ON MONTHLY BASIS. MUSLIM HANDS IS THE SAME AND SO IS ISLAMIC HELP. IF NONE OF THEM PROOF INCLUDING HUMAN APPEAL ISLAMIC RELIEF THEN WHERE IS OUR MONEY REALLY GOING.I DONATED LOADS TO ALL OF THESE YET THEY ALL CANNOT PROVIDE A SINGLE PROOF. WHICH IS ANXIETY AND WORRYING.AND SCARY.

I am not interested in receiving tens of emails and sms. I unsubscribed several times, yet I am still getting these unwanted emails and sms. I even emailed them requesting the removal of all my details but they preferred to ignore my request. At some point, I will seek a legal support against them. VERY frustrating service. PLEASE STOP STOP STOP.

Never donate through these people
Once you donate they will shamelessly bombard you with letters and over the course of Ramadan they have been texting me non-stop daily asking for donations! Have they never thought these practices would annoy the donors? They also have shirk in their terms and conditions saying they agree to submit to the jurisdiction of some secular court. Do yourself a favour and donate through another site. They will not stop harassing you.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience! I used to donate to this charity but I’ve had a really terrible experience since last Ramadhan, they took my mobile number as I had an auto donation payment system set up for the last 10 days of the odd nights of Ramadan, since then I am being bombarded with messages every week to donate. I am so fed up that I have made up my mind that I will NEVER donate to this charity!! Every time I text STOP to the number 07723433011 it fails!

There is no bill or proof of payment
There is no bill or proof of payment. They don't seem to let you know where your money is or if your qurbani is done or in progress - the location is unkown. No transparency at all. Keep getting postal mail even I asked not to. Seems like the donations are wasted for this.
