Great company to put your trust in. You know we didn’t follow through with payments to the IRS and found another way to pay them off in full. This company has great ethics and really helped us out in advice, etc. Alan especially was a great help to our situation, we really appreciate that.

Came to National Tax Debit for for back taxes and unfiled tax returns issues I had with the IRS. Took quite some time to get resolved and lots of communication and paperwork was needed, but at the end it was worth the wait. Thank you NTD.
I had a great experience with NTD, they settled my fathers debt with the IRS, though it did take some time it was well worth the wait. My father was threatened with a Bank Levy and they immediately handled it, Melody was in direct contact when needed, it was a positive experience, and I am grateful highly recommend them for IRS issues.
National Tax Debt canceled meeting after meeting with vague excuses, then refused to discuss my business unless my wife joined (she isn’t involved in the businesses). Their final text to me after telling them to take my info out of their system was: “I will cancel your case you will get a letter from the IRS best of luck to you.”
I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF A SUPPOSEDLY "PROFESSIONAL" COMPANY. INFORMATION WAS EITHER SLOW OR WRONG, THEY CONTRADICTED THEMSELVES AND PERFORMED POORLEY OR NOT ALL ALL IN MY CASE. IN MY OPINION I WOULD STAY AWAY!
My tax person Jackie McLaughlin pretty much held my hand through the whole process beginning to end. I am appreciative of her knowledge, kindness and answering every question I had. She went above and beyond and her efforts payed off. I ended up with the IRS settling my tax debt for a peanut of what I owed. I am forever indebted to her and National Tax Debt company. Great communication with my rep on what to expect, how it works, etc. My IRS tax debt of over $16k was settled for about 3%. Not only was my tax debt been settled for under the amount, that was quoted at my initial call, but all Federal Tax Liens will also be removed as well. I am happy with the representative that I had, she was very thorough, explained everything in detail and explained what to expect with each step.
