HI Allison. helped me out with my order and t was painless and quick, she is very knowledgeable. Though I honestly do not understand why my order was split in two parts, increases shipping costs too i'm sure. The second part of my order was the important part of the order and I had already told the client the images were on their way but when i received the first shipment they were missing. When I ordered a metal print, I failed to order the black shadow mount I needed for my print. I called Nations Photo Lab after their work hours and left a message asking how I could order the mount. The next morning, I received a message from Tara Smith that she would send me the mount. She did and it arrived quickly. Nations Photo Lab has great support!

I expressed my concern that 1 of 2 metal prints I ordered and received was too light in color. Tara Smith of Nations Photo Lab offered to reprint it and put it at the top of orders since it was a reprint. Excellent customer service! I'm excited to receive the replacement!

Things happen (but Nation's Photo Labs will take care of it well).
Things happen, especially when things are shipped. I had a 20x30 print arrive with a long indentation on the back. I didn't see the indentation was visible on the front until the light hit when it was hung. Contacted Nations Photo Lab about getting a replacement. Wasn't clear exactly how to do this, but use the chat which got me to Jordan directly, who did a great job of resolving the situation quickly and efficiently. Especially appreciated his follow up assistance to confirm the money part of it was handled correctly (it was a little different than explained by actually better). This is an example of why I keep coming back to get quality large-scale mounted prints.

Quick response and help from Jordan
When I put my photographs in the cart, a black line seemed to edge the top of one of them. After just giving Jordan, my name and email address, he was able to take a look at my photographs. We both thought they looked OK, but Jordan told me how to add his name to a special attention field so that he would have a chance to take one more look before the photographs were prepared. I was very reassured. Help was fast and efficient.
