Unreliable and wholly unprofessional
Came to Manchester to attend a concert. Had to travel back from the co op stadium to the centre of town on my own (woman 51) so pre booked a taxi to leave from a street away from the stadium so easy to get to. Pre booked the night before. They took a pending credit card payment to secure. Booked for 11pm. During the concert at 9.30pm got a text to say - no taxis available at the time needed - apologies. That was it. Left stranded. Oasis were also on that weekend so was so stressful. Absolutely disgraceful company - highly unprofessional and wholly unreliable. No regards for customer safety at all.
