Do not deal with this company
Do not deal with this company, they give you a quote only to severely increase it the day of your move. I was quoted $3000 initially for my move, was called 2 days prior to it only to have them increase it by $900. Then day of arrives, was told 1:30-3:30pm arrival. 7:30 they finally show up, one hour in they tell my they need to add another $1300. Get told delivery would be at 4:30 pm next day by didn't see them until 1230 the next day so my family had to sleep on the floor. They not only damaged items but also "lost" boxes and bins one involving a bin full of court documents and a family wedding ring. This company are a bunch of crooks and should not be allowed to continue to rip people off. DO NOT USE THEM.

Completely Unprofessional
I was given a good quote (too good to be true, it turns out), so I went with MoveSafe over other options, even though they're a broker. I talked to several people, who all confirmed my inventory and estimated cubic footage. One even bumped it up a bit "to be on the safe side."Lo and behold, the movers show up (Next Relocation) January 23 and immediately tell me my storage unit is more than the quoted size and want to upcharge me. Not only are the two guys condescending and rude, they completely ignored just about everything I asked for, including resignedly asking them to keep the load under the quoted amount. They loaded up more (or so they said), and wanted to charge me $1500 more to finish the job. Instead, they went with $500, $225 of which WAS JUST FOR A FEW CARDBOARD BOXES, and loaded up barely half of the inventory under the quote. All I needed was my pre-packed stuff moved from my storage unit in Illinois to a basement in Georgia.So now I still have a storage unit three states away I have to pay for, my budget for this move was completely obliterated, and the movers are nowhere to be found!
