Service seems good enough, but the auto-renew is like a bad rash, lots of run around before they action. You turn off autorenew and NordVPN refuses to remove your credit card info (after already charging your card) Why do they need to keep your credit card info? It’s a shame since you usually use their service to help protect your personal info.

They autorenew way ahead of date they tell you. They told me in march it ends and they autorenewed in februari. It's a scam and their services are used by other people. Most their Ip's aren't clean either even their dedicates useless ip's have been used before. I would seriously not put your money here , i will never use this service agian, I used normal plan and dedicated btw .
I am extremely disappointed with NordVPN. I paid for my subscription on Feb 18th (£58.90), but I am locked out of my account due to MFA. I have sent my bank statements multiple times as proof of payment, but their support keeps sending me automated "check-in" emails from bots, completely ignoring my messages. My current tickets are [WED499-3R513] and [956PRN-5G1X3]. I have provided every proof requested, yet I still have no access to the service I paid for. This is a total lack of respect for the customer. Disable my MFA immediately!
