Unprofessional and should not be trusted
Unprofessional and I have serious doubts if this firm is doing right. Based on the situation happened to me today I am very unsure if their apostille and other services can be trusted. Today Gabriel Rudbeck refused to take a document from me for apostille based on the fact that I showed my Russian passport which is totally legal and was accepted here in Sweden in the Migration Authority, Police and Tax Authority. When I said to Gabriel that Sweden has ratified the Haag Convention in 1999 he acknowledged that he did not know that. More over I asked Gabriel Rudbeck to give me a legal ground based on the Convention why he refused to apostille the document and he answered that the ground was he himself. This is definitely not what you expect to hear from an educated lawyer and notary. I went to another Notary Public firm where I got it done within an hour without any issues at all. This is definitely the last time I turned to this firm and I am going to notify the Swedish lawyer association for the wrong doing and illegal action.
