I love the 6 in 1 cavitation machine they have. I had it for about 2 months now and It has been a total game changer for me. It really is a professional grade tool and it works quick!My face and jawline already look firmer and my neck feels tighter. I also love the cellulite treatment features. I followed a couple of tutorial videos first I work with the cellulite pads then I switch to the six-diode body wand for about an hour. The difference is fantastic!A crucial tip for using RF cavitation machines is to stay well hydrated because the treatment can feel like it’s burning if you aren’t.My first ever spa session was at an upscale place where the technician measured my hydration before she would even begin. After a week of eating watermelon every day, she said I was the most hydrated client she’d worked on (second only to a naturopathic doctor).For best results spend at least a week loading up on water rich foods like watermelon, cucumbers, strawberries, grapes, and drink lemon water or rooibos tea. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They sent me a mask. I talked my friend into buying one her’s did not come in a box. After reading the reviews I see why. I used it for a year then it stopped working. They sent me a new and upgraded one. I was SO happy. But this one had an even lesser shelf life. It worked for 3 months then it started shorting out in me. So you wiggle the remote and it turns off and on. I am an electrician my husband electrical engineer. I told them what to send me so it would work. Which was not a new mask but new remote and plug. Btw. The 1st plug sparked when I plugged it in. They did not do that. They sent me a new remote and wanted me to use the faulty plug including the one that sparked when I plugged it in! Then they sent me the battery. It didn’t work. Because the remote was fried due to the plug. So my husband and I took the plug apart and found SEVERAL faulty problems with just their remote. Each time there was a problem we had to videotape it and send it to us. The CS rep was nice but she insisted that I didn’t know how to plug in something. Then once we showed how faulty it was made they did not want to send me anything because I didn’t want it. And get this! They said sorry we aren’t sending you a new unit (which I didn’t want because it’s made bad) and they weren’t going to give us back our money. And here is the thing! They offered me a discount on my “future” purchases with them. The funny thing they NEVER asked me to send anything back. Because it’s a price of junk and they didn’t want it. I would say. If you purchased through them go to your bank and report fraud and your bank will give you back your money. DON’T BUY FROM THEM. So, I started the process of getting my refund back with my cc company. And I have ALL the emails and recordings, even of me and my husband taking it apart and showing them what is wrong with their board. If you bought it. Return it because it won’t work for long and they will NOT give you your money back. And even though they are a AMERICAN company. ALL other products are from China. Need I say more. You’d be better off going on Amazon and buying it from China for $20 and that one would actually last you longer than the crap that Americans are selling to other Americans.

Can anyone provide me with a return shipping address?? I have reached out to the company numerous times for a return shipping address and they gave me a song and dance each time the last couple emails so they wanted pictures of the damage box and all of the laser machine which I’ve sent them a couple times now, and still have not received any return address of where to ship the item back??!!!?????!!!! No matter what I am getting my money refunded because I have contacted them way in advance requesting this and they are trying to delay it so that I cannot get my money back which is not going to happen because I have saved all the documentation showing that I have asked for this repeatedly!!! But they refused to give me the return shipping address, so I can send this item back and get my money refunded!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

They missed half my products and what did arrive broke in a day. over two weeks of run around "oh we resent the stuff, oh we will send a new part, oh oops sorry it didn't get sent let me resend that again" This company is crap, their products are crap.

Terrible customer service and product doesn't work
I have been with customer service for a few days now. I've sent videos and proof the product doesn't work. Kathy Williams keeps dodging my question about where I can return the item. I followed their return policy and I am doing everything they said for me to do. Kathy won't tell me where to Return it because it's broken and I am very unhappy with my device. I have reached out to legal counsel because they are in violation of their own policy. There are other customers dealing with the same thing so this is cause for a class action lawsuit. If Kathy doesn't reply, I will take legal action because I paid a lot of money for a device that doesn't work.

Don’t trust this company, no return given
Purchased a cavitation device and used for 30 days but was unhappy with results so initiated return. Item was sent back to Canada and according to tracking received almost 3 weeks and still have not received refund. Sent email one week ago with tracking info and asking for direction, but still have not received a response. I would not purchase from this company, seems sketchy and honestly I finally googled the return address and it is some hotel in Canada? Shame on me for falling for this.

My second time ordering from nulife beauty and I couldn't be happier with the products and customer support when I had to talk to them. I got their ultrasonic last year which has been working great!! It did take me longer than the usual 4 weeks as they say to see results but it definitely works if you put in the effort. It ain't no magic pill let me tell you that! If you have been lazy all year and gained a few pounds don't you expect to zap away everything in a month. That's not possible.

Despite some of the negative reviews I decided to try the Nu Life ultrasonic burner and I got it on black Friday for 60% off, so that was good. It arrived within a couple of days which was a surprise since I didn't get express shipping. I was a bit worried honestly since most of these "fat slimming" products don't really work but I did also read some good reviews about this and wanted to try. I have some a very stubborn double chin lol. After using the device the first time I swear I already saw an improvement!! I used it for about 15 mins and my skin felt much tighter. I used it for couple more times after that and I am planning to do a before and after and post on their site but so far I am impressed and I came in pretty skeptical. I haven't had much of a chance to use it again over the holidays but I am going to stick to it regularly for the new years. So far though I am really liking it! Also didn't have any issues with customer support either. I emailed them for some advice and they were very helpful and responded within a couple of hours.

They sent me an item that was clearly used and returned by someone else. For something so expensive, the item I purchased wasn't even packaged in a box, but rather in a styro and plastic wrap packaging. I requested to return the item way back on November 3rd and it took weeks for someone to give me an RMA, which is actually only your order number. The package was delivered to Canada on Dec. 1st, 10 days ago and still haven't gotten anything.
