Oak Park dealt very well with a difficult vendor.
I wanted a set of very specific near-replacement flush ceiling lights for my semi-Craftsman kitchen, The long-established vendor is having problems with long wait times for delivery and possibly with quality control. One fixture might be returned to fix a small flaw that shouldn't have passed inspection (no one is going to spot it). Oak Park fully warned me of the long wait times and suggested an alternative vendor (which I would have used had their offering not been fully enclosed--bad for LED light bulbs). In any case, the revision of kitchen lighting is a success. Funny how a classic simple fixture with subtly opalescent white glass can be worth the price for something custom assembled in the US.

I am a repeat customer. Back in 2015, I purchased some Arroyo outdoor lighting, which I unfortunately lost in a house fire last year. When I went to try to purchase the same fixtures this year, I found the original paperwork with the product and contact information. With so many businesses folding during the pandemic, I was thrilled to get a reply from Joseph as I remember how knowledgeable and helpful he was in informing me about the options and choosing glass combinations. This time, in addition to replacing the previous fixtures, I also ordered an interior one. Again, Joseph was extremely helpful. He responded quickly to the series of emails I sent, and when Arroyo filled an order incorrectly, he was right on top of rectifying the situation. He also gave me a discount for being a return customer. I definitely plan to do business with Oak Park in the future, should the occasion arise.

Well made and as pictured
It is exactly as pictured online. The price was very reasonable for an item of such good quality. It arrived within 3 weeks, which I thought was reasonable for a made to order item. It has a fairly deep hole on the top that easily accommodates the neck on the bottom of some gazing balls. We are extremely happy with it!

Superior Customer Service
Customer service surpassed my expectations. Joseph was extremely responsive to my inquiry about my shipment. At first, I had only received half, but the rest arrived the next day. The Stone Garden Pagoda was carefully packed, and just as lovely as shown in the photo. The price was very reasonable for the quality too!

A+ Copper Leaf Tiles
The copper leaf tiles look far more expensive than they are. I was so impressed by the first two I received I immediately ordered a third. Extremely happy with how they look hung together on an outside wall.

This is a first class operation. It took awhile for it to be built and delivered but our personalized address sign with hummingbirds is beautiful!
