Con-artists
I paid them for a particular piece of sheet music, only to find that after having done so it wasn't available as a pdf file as I had expected. In fact it wasn't possible to download my purchase to my computer at all and the only way to view it is on their on their own program which I reluctantly had to install. To make matters worse, it was only possible to print out the music once via this program, and was told that I'd have to buy 'printing credits' from them in order to allow me to print again. In other words every time you want to print out your purchase you have to re-buy your product from them! As another reviewer on here has said, none of this is explained prior to buying the product and as such constitutes highly dishonest business practices. I'd recommend avoiding these con-artists and buying a physical copy of the music from Amazon.

Poor quality music printouts
My wife wanted some sheet music for piano and found the two songs on onlinesheetmusic.com. Their web site is very "quirky" and not intuitive. After selecting the two songs I attempted to check out but there is no "guest" checkout. I was forced to create an account and when that was done it had lost the two songs in my shopping cart.I reloaded the two songs in the cart and completed checkout. I then downloaded the first song ok but when I tried to download the second one it never prompted me to save the .pdf file but the web page showed I could not download it again. Given that technical problems can occur it would be much better if you had a second chance to download the file. Since my wife really wanted the second song I paid another $5 for it and this time I was able to get it downloaded. Probably best to only buy songs one at a time from this web site. I printed out the 2 .pdf files and then realized the lines were extremely thin and the notes were very small and barely readable. Notes that have a small horizontal line through them were completely unreadable without a magnifying glass. We gave up and drove across town to a sheet music store and bought the same two songs printed with thicker lines and notes you could actually read. I will not be buying any more music from onlinesheetmusic.com. One star is actually too many!

Ripoff. Go elsewhere for legitimate sheet music purchases.
You can't download the MIDI file or a PDF after paying for it. You are only allowed to view/play from their app and can print the score two times. It does not print properly to PDF using CutePDF. I gave up after that, no time to waste here.

One star is too high, Customer support is NON existent. AVOID
Having an issue with a download, I contacted the Customer support, I got the automated response quickly. However 10 days later, NOTHING, no reply. It's now 20 days later, still no response. So I sign in to my account and check on the status of the 'ticket' (original email), only to find out the issue has been closed. Effectively I have had the electronic version of phoning the complaints department, being put on hold, then having the phone put down on me, Issue sorted.Well it was NOT sorted, NOT even started.DON'T waste your money here, if you have a problem, tough, they have your money - End of story.Go somewhere that cares.

No Customer Service
The music I purchased said, in its information, "Fully Transposable." After I made the purchase, there was no apparent way to transpose it. I had to hunt on their website for information. What I learned is that one must open an account on their site, then download a software that will do the transposing. As they did not return my inquiries about whether I could transpose music purchased prior to opening an account, either from their website or by email, I went ahead and opened an account, then downloaded the software. The software has you log in as you would on the website. It is supposed to show music you have purchased; you select one, then click a button to transpose it. My music has never shown up in this software -- nor does it show up in my account under My Orders or My Sheet Music. Apparently, one has to open an account on their site BEFORE buying music in order for it to be transposable, although THERE WAS NOTHING TO INDICATE THIS AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. Several emails to them and contacts from their website have produced no response; nor has a phone message that I left (after hunting through the Internet to find a phone number for OnlineSheetMusic.com, as their website gives none). My impression is that customer service is nonexistent for this company, and that I would have to make another purchase of the same music from my account in order to get it transposed. Needless to say, I cannot make further use of a company that is this completely unresponsive.

The WORST!
They have an antiquated system based on an app that will transpose, but then won't print out the music. The reason we want the music is so we can BOTH transpose AND print it out. Then no one is available to assist. It's the old "Submit a support ticket" story and then no response. I definitely won't be using this so called "service" ever again. What a waste of money.

Onlinesheetmusic failure to communicate
part 1:
They misrepresented themselves as I purchased two pieces of music from them to find out AFTER purchase I had to download a viewing program, which I did not want, and then there was no ability to save the sheet music to my computer. I was only allowed to print it a few times but do not have a working printer hooked up to my computer. There was nothing mentioned about having to do all this or these restrictions at time of purchase. I still have not been able to retrieve my purchases. I have been getting no response to my emails to them (it is the weekend). I had to search google for their phone number as they hide it from their website. My issues with them is that the mis-represented their product by not being forward with their process, you don't actually get what you paid for, and secondly they do not offer good response and are not transparent about their contact info.
part 2:
I am very dissapointed with the lack of support I am receiving from onlinesheetmusic after making my purchase. Basically they have allowed only two prints of the said purchase and have no where on their site mentioned that there is no way around this or no other options to save purchased sheet music directly to my computer in the event that one cannot print the actual music. Nowhere does it say you have to print the sheet music or that this is the only option. All my attempts at communication have only brought one reply asking for my order number that cannot be found after the music is downloaded. Too make matters worse, they did not inform me that I HAVE to download and install their viewing program which also does not allow one to save to their computer. The entire experience thus far has been very upsetting and poor customer service on their part.

Great customer service and product offerings
I use this company to buy all my sheet music for my singing class, and they offer great customer service. I have needed to have the sheet music darkened or other technical issues, and they were right on top of it in a very prompt manner. I highly recommend using them. Their sheet music viewer is also great, and makes it very easy to try out different keys using the midi playback.
