Fake products. I ordered their "Bizarro 3.5g". I had to order via Venmo since their credit card processor was down (and has been for a while now). Once I received their Bizarro, I knew immediately that it was not the real deal. I did an online search after the fact (dummy me) and realized I wasn't the only one with that experience. Never again.
