Made an order for a conference of some cut outs for superheroes and Gotham and they had mold and mildew all over them and they would not return them because it was over 30 days. It's crazy that they send products out with mold and mildew see photos.

Fun Rewards Program - felt scammed
I ordered coloring books/crayons in January. Paid in full w/debit card.On 2/4 my card was debited $16.95 recurring charge for the "fun rewards program" that I DID NOT sign up for.I have bought from this company for years and always satisfied w/prices and products, but this just really irritated me. Customer service was nice and helpful once contacted, but this left a bad taste in my mouth and I am not sure I will ever be ordering from here again.

Pity, they take out of your bank account twice a month without the slightest attention to warn the customer, I call it a scam when they abuse the power it has. To steal by announcing profits that one never asked for or I never need, just to make a single purchase in years !! In November 2025 I ordered $70, with tax & shipping, 2 duck groupings of 4 bags. I received the order with a bag change out on the Sailing the Seas grouping. I was looking forward to the shark ducks package but instead received some unrecognizable sea animals substitute. I called and was told they were out of the sharks and it was switched out. I was told they would email me a FedEx label for a “free return” of the Sailing the Seas group and would refund half my order which was $32.99 + tax. I printed out their “free return” label sent the unwanted sea grouping back as requested, the following day. After 3 weeks I saw no refund from Oriental Trading Co. I emailed them their past weekend and the next day was told they would credit my charge card. Instead of what I paid plus tax, I received $26.99 back. I called Oriental on 12/22 and spoke with Teresa. She told me their fine print said the customer might not receive what they ordered due to them getting their product from an outside supplier. “We have no control of what we receive”. She denied them changing out bag groupings (surprisingly it comes to the customer with their Oriental Trading label on the box). Teresa also said “they took off $6” for the return. I explained to TERESA I was told it was a free return. Of course she said it was not and was persistently insistent the cost was on me and elaborate their fine print for the customer might not be able to receive what they ordered. Very dissatisfied customer service especially Teresa.

Unbeknown, I was entered in a monthly recuring charge program. I didn't notice the charge. I requested credit, and it was applied. When I went back to audit mt account, I discovered a charge every month, A 2nd call was placed to remove all charges, this was a dumb move on OTC when Temu & Amazon is available without hassle. Will never order with them again

WHAT A CLUSTERED MESS
They have grave issues with their ordering system, as well as warehouse seems to not throughly verify your orders, I didn't get anything I ordered but got someone else's shipment which had my name and address on it. Neighbor said they messed up some of her order as well, missing items and items she never ordered! BIG THUMBS DOWN. I feel sorry for the customer service representatives who did a great job but if I were them I'd be looking for a better company to work for!

It came in a perfect box but looked like it was RUN OVER by a DumpTruck. $30.00 Went to return it and I dont get refunded the $6.99 shipping i already paid. I wil NEVER EVER ORDER anything from this company AGAIN!!! I placed 2 day shipping order for some bracelets for a suicide awareness event. At first, the wrong ahip to address was incorrect, the rep said she updated it. Checked my check order status to only find out, she had not changed the address. Called a second time to verify, stayed on phone with a rep for at least 30 minutes who advised me that there was a glitch, we canceled the order and “replaced” the order w/correct ship to info. Low and behold, after all of the back and forth and confirmation that my order would be delivered in time…..To find out, it was a ghost order and in fact, NO REPLACEMENT ORDER ever placed!!! Needless to say, I was HOT!!!!! No bracelets but Amazon saved the day!!!

BEWARE of the *FUN* charges Oriental Trading…
BEWARE of the Oriental Trading Company's Fun Rewards+ program. Once you use your credit card with OTC they will bill you monthly. There is nothing on the order form OR an email that confirms your "enrollment". That, and my order from 6 months ago is dropped from my account online.

Worst experience ever!!
Worst experience ever!!! Entire time while placing my order, it showed a specific delivery date. After paying and completing order, the confirmation email gave an entirely different date. Immediately contacted them and was told by Cheryl that it was corrected and I would receive my order on time. Called again 4 days later because everytime I tried to look up the status, it said canceled. Instead of fixing the issue, my order was canceled. Was forced to place order again, was charged more and then told that my personalized item could not get to me in time. So now I have paid more, for less. Their apologies do not make up for the incompetence. Terrible service. Do not recommend unless you want the run around and apologies.

HORRIBLE! First, they set a different shipping date when I confirmed the purchase, so I contacted them to cancel the purchase and repurchase it by paying a different shipping charge. So far, so good, but then the order didn't arrive, and they didn't refund me for either of the two orders. They told me I hadn't been charged anything, so they haven't refunded me either amount and won't send me anything since they canceled and didn't create another order. Now they've asked me for the bank details showing the payments were made. I sent them and haven't received a response. The worst part is that they're from abroad, so I won't be able to call customer service later.
