I wanted the best dry food for our Fox Red Labrador and this rated very highly on a certain comparison site so we switched him from his puppy food to this. Aged six months, he was looking too slim; we upped his food beyond the recommended amount and no change. He does love the food but always seems hungry. A chat with vets and breeders and it was clear he was under nourished, probably lacking in carbs. A message to Orijen and no reply. All promotions and offers exclude Europe. So however great this very expensive food is meant to be, I am deeply unimpressed both at the nutrition levels and the total lack of any customer service. I gave them a chance, they blew it.
