I really like this company, I have had contact with them over a query which they dealt with very quickly and efficiently. A friend of mine also had a really great experience. They are a company that want to look after their customers, which is rare these days. I also love the product and the app, it’s really good.Please do not loose sight of your customers as your company grows, as others have done.Keep up the great work!!
They scammed me , i wanted 100 DA fans service , i ve send 700 usd for it and 2nd day they blocked me , dont even contact them it s a waste of time
This ring won’t change time zones. It is absolutely useless. If you change time in your life, customer service is unable to help in anyway, and they refused to honor warranty or repairs.
Oura Consulting is a lie, they hooked me on the call by promising a lot of things and I thought to myself "this sounds amazing and great value" little did I know I would be utterly disappointed once I gained access to the course. 0 support from the guys running it even tho they said there will be 24/7 assistance on hand, 2 weekly zoom calls lol in 2 months I think there were in total 5 calls, a refund is promised if you don't sign a model within 30 days (they don't give you a refund), the content on the course is outdated and can find much better stuff on YouTube. Harry Davies has a lot to answer for and trust me when I say I have 7 other guys all in the same boat ready to sink him it shall be fun. DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR MONEY
I regret choosing the Oura ring as a Christmas gift for my husband. Three months later, I am still unable to exchange the ring for a larger size. Even though he tried the sizing kit beforehand, the size still turned out to be incorrect. While I receive notifications about when the courier will come and have printed return labels, nothing has actually happened to move the exchange forward. This experience has been quite frustrating, and I would advise potential buyers to consider other options, as there are certainly better rings available on the market.
Do not give these scammers your money. Harry Paul Davies is the biggest con man I’ve ever seen. Claims before you sign up you’ll get a guaranteed refund which isn’t the case, instead they ignore and block you if you ask for a refund. The course is very bad and you can literally find all the content on YouTube for free. His business partner Markus who was actually legit left the company as he realised Harry had destroyed it and scammed all the clients, he even scammed Markus who was the one that actually brought some value to the business. I hope I’ve save some of you on losing £2000
Issue with ring reporting car travel as active steps! Contacted them and was advised that they were trying to resolve the issue. I let them know that the issue has been reported for the last 3 years that I’m aware of so saying it’s something they are trying to resolve does not seem genuine. They assured me the issue will be resolved in the next few months and offered me a 3 month free membership as a gesture of goodwill. So at least now there does appear to be some level of customer care. I’ll be watching this space for issue resolution.
Are there more people experiencing issues with returning orders? I've been waiting for over a week for a return label for a ring, and they refuse to create a label for my other ring that needs to be returned! I've truly never encountered such terrible customer service before.
The good reviews are done by people who think oura has helped them just by telling them the basic things oura is just a scammy group most of the reviews done here I assure you were written because they were promised they would either join a better course if they did a review they also have the most scammy service available honestly do not join any shit they say so many OG members have left even have groups on telegram speaking about the scams
Oura is an amazing group and everyone in the community is here to help you, and everyone wants to see you succeed. The community spreads nothing but positivity and guidance. Work hard and you will see results!
Markuss and his team gave us everything to start. We have the whole course, the discord community, which is helpful because you can ask your questions and get answers immediately from others. If you have an issue that you can't solve in the discord, then there are weekly meetings where you can ask Jack or Harry. It is visible that the whole Oura team is working hard to give value to their students because they always give extra opportunities to learn or be better. I even got a website. If Oura wants to hire someone, they pick someone from students. The only negative comment, I would give is that Oura's ticket/DM response time is sometimes too long but I think it is because the company is growing so fast.
Great opportunity for everyone who wants to start their own business and partner with likeminded people. The course is pretty detailed and with the discord you get a whole community to back up all your questions and challenges. Highly recommend!

I remember when i joined OFM with the help of Oura consulting, i was searching for a business which worked for me for 3 years and after search and search i joined this journey. The community is incredible and what i did too, i managed to earn 1k in 4 hours i remember, i struggled a lot to achieve this result, years and years of praying and work to find the right business and now i have the possibility to scale everything to how much i want. OFM is too much amazing, i hope that it isn’t a dream.

Joining Oura was the best investment I've made in my development journey, I've been on the course for 2 months and the knowledge I have gained is purely immeasurable. The fact that all the content is in one place and Markuss and Harry made it incredibly digestible and easy to put into practice is great, and with the rest of their team constantly updating it ensuring it's of the highest standard and relevancy is nothing less than perfect. The community is incredible. Everyone within the group has the same mindset and grinding mentality which helps keep you on track if you ever stray away from it. They are also willing to aid you if you are ever unsure of what to do in any situation as the group is full of people both brand new and veteran. The two weekly calls the boys (Markuss, Jack and Harry) offer are insanely helpful in asking the pros about any burning questions or issues you may face between the calls. Definitely would recommend it to anyone on the fence!
Oura allowed me to work for myself and has members who are all aiming for the same goals as you. It’s hard to fail in this group, as long as you are determined you will succeed

The tools they give you are scams for example they give you an instagram out reach bot for around $250 an account you can find the exact same thing for $45 an account. 90% of the time Markuss is not even there for the zoom calls
