Shocking service. Waited over a month and when I contacted them they told me my order had been cancelled. No reason given and still waiting for my refund.

Business cards
The service, price and the timely shipping were great. The colors on the business card were not as rich and did not pop as much as our first order, so a bit disappointed about that.

I placed 4 business card orders
I placed 4 business card orders. All 4 were missing our company name even though it was showing on the proof. Only 2 of the orders were corrected. So in the end we paid for 2 orders of business cards that were garbage and those employees had no business cards for the convention we attended. There was no phone number to call so I used the ticketing system. Multiple tickets were closed with no response to my request.

Excellent Customer Service! I ordered 2000 Mini Business Cards (third order) and when received box end was busted open leaking out cards during the shipment. After counting and finding my order had lost 250, I sent photos of the damaged box, shipping label, and the counted leftover labels. Overnight Prints reprinted 250 and shipped them to me! I can't recommend them enough and will continue to order thru Overnight Prints.

Easy and Efficient Ordering
Overnight Prints web site is easy to use with an excellent design interface so you know what to expect before you order. I ordered overnight delivery late in the day just to be sure we got the shipment that week, and it came the morning of the second day which was fine. Overall excellent site and service.

I've ordered many times in the past but…
I've ordered many times in the past but something has definitely changed. The quality of the cards is way below what they used to be. i ordered the exact same order and the new cards are misaligned on many of them, ok on some, but not consistent at all. The edges aren't well finished, they are flared like a hole punch and not clean cut. The half sheet cards i ordered are also misaligned with the border not consistent at all. This was particularly bothersome as the order was placed on hold twice because the picture wasn't exactly the correct size, and no one at their facility could enlarge it to the full bleed, it just needed to be zoomed in a little, but you cant do that with their online software. Something that simple was always cleaned up in the past, I used the same jpeg that was on file.

The process to reorder was challenging
The process to reorder was challenging. First, I didn’t realize that my previous order of 2+ years ago was already in your system, so everything I was doing by uploading a new image was unnecessary, laboring and frustrating. In that, I was dealing with terms like “bleeding” and reorienting my business card was beyond frustrating. Couldn’t get a person to help me, just your chat was mostly ineffective. I’m a “Baby Boomer”, so I like and miss human interactions not fake friends and robotic conversations. Otherwise, the quality of the results was acceptable this time. The last time of 2+ years ago was unacceptable. The colors were completely faded out and for 2+ years I did not enjoy handing out my business card.

Ease of ordering and quality and price are always great. Unfortunately I cant give 5 stars because the past few orders have not made it within the promised time we paid for like they used to. Other than that though ALWAYS Excellent service and product.

Good product but failed to deliver on time as promised and paid for, so it missed the event it was needed at. The reason I chose to use them was their claim to deliver on time. Oh well. I won’t make that mistake again.
