Purchased bird seed on ebay 25kg they refund 5 pounds to send 20kg which I can buy for 14 pounds and it's false advertising. But what got me was how rude their responses are to feedback on ebay. I've never seen anything like it and I'm honestly shocked ebay is allowing them to speak to people that way. Feedback is there for a reason but this company goes low. Someone had said they'd Purchased 50 dog chews or pigs ears and only received 35 their response was 'maybe your wife ate some 'Honestly there's much worse I've never seen anything like it In my life.

I ordered 100 pigs ears. On the anticipated delivery day their delivery agent DPD sent an email claiming the order was delivered and received by Steven (myself) and a photo showing it on my doorstep; it was not my doorstep in the photo. I sent Paws Paradise a polite email, accompanied with the photo from DPD, and also a photo of my own doorstep as proof of none delivery and request they contact DPD to find the parcel and re-deliver to my address.A very curt email reply from Lisa at Paws Paradise read – “Parcel was delivered here please collect as dpd will not” it had an attachment with a pointer (no house number) of the location of drop off.The email telling me to find the parcel myself is totally out of order. I replied to Lisa to give the opportunity to resolve the issue before I started a claim procedure. Ordered 50 pigs ear dog treats on the 29/01 received message stating delivery was by the 31st. I messaged Paws Paradise on the 02/02 enquiring where was my delivery, as it didn’t arrive, 2 days later after another message, I received a reply saying DHL had lost it, but they were looking for it, if they don’t find it then a replacement would be sent later in the week? I checked with DHL tracking and it says order raised, waiting to receive! I contacted DHL who basically said they hadn’t received it. Paws Paradise eventually after me asking for a refund on no less than three occasions, finally refunded me. Companies just don’t seem to care nowadays.

Ordered 2kg Hairy Rabbits Ears from their ebay shop. Great price, great ears. Often some rabbit ears are small but these are a great size and my dogs love them. Delivered within 48hrs of placing order. Can’t fault.

Beware of this seller. I ordered 5k of mealworms. Weighed the bag and found it to 4.5k. Contacted them and told what has happened. Their response was to place another order and add a note to the order regarding the 500k mistake and they would presumably sent 5.5k. The so called customer service is obsolete- nil - they don’t even respond when Amazon email them. Rubbish seller. I should have read the reviews of this seller before I ordered from them as there are reports of underweight items being sent out.They don’t deserve even one star but I can’t give any less on Trust Pilot

Usually the pork rolls are good and acceptable and they do have a natural odour but on this occasion despite keeping them outside to hopefully take of the rancid smell I put them straight in a bin bag after 3 days and put straight into the bin which is a shame and a complete waste of money, emailed company regarding the smell of the product but no response.

Advertised as human grade succulent sausages what a joke , they arrived loose in an old squeaky toy box , were rock hard nothing to say what they were made of the brand or contents , they smelt very odd , total false advertising AVOID at all costs

Not Good products - makes dog vomit!
2nd time of purchasing large qty of dried sausage. 1st order before Christmas was fine. This time though, after taking nearly 2 weeks to arrive, they smelt awful. I did try them with my dog but they made her vomit them straight back up. we tried her on 4 separate occasions to ensure it wasn't anything else making her ill. She even refuses them now. Pawsparadise did say i could return at my own cost (over £6min) and they would refund "pro rota" but to be honest its just throwing good money after bad. I wont be using these again. Save your money and go else where!

Your better off going to the betting shop and putting your money on England winning a world cup. You might get what you ordered, then again you might get whatever they feel like sending in the post.Then again, you may get nothing and terrible customer service. Lied about delivery and no tracking information.Keep your money and go elsewhere, avoid the hassle.
