This was hands down the easiest car hire I have ever done. I booked online, paid cash on arrival. I was picked up at arrivals and driven up to collect the car. When I returned it, I was driven back down to the airport afterwards. The staff are friendly, the car was immaculate. It was very easy. I would highly recommend them.
Spot on. Cheap car hire with zero hidden costs and the usual scams the big firms try to pull. Zero excess no credit card no real inspection when you return all good. If you want a decent car no scams just good service and a great price do this. Spot on
Fantastic car hire company. Stress free and very efficient. A guy meets you outside Kefalonia airport and there's a short drive (2 minutes) to the car lot. Our car was new, clean and waiting with a free booster seat included. No checking it over as they supply fully inclusive insurance. I was out of there in 5 minutes - just paid and drove off. Returning was even simpler - I just parked the car, left the keys in it and jumped into the courtesy car back to the terminal.Can't recommend enough - best car hire experience I've ever had.

Hired a car for the week from the office in Lassi. The process was quick and easy and I left with a nice fiesta at a reasonable price. Driving on kefalonia was easy even on the steep roads. They also picked the car up from our hotel after we had finished with it. I will use them again when we return at the end of the season.
Great car hire company. I booked the car in Kefalonia rather than online. There are lots to choose from just outside the airport but I chose Pefanis as they were recommended to me. Was a good choice as they were very helpful and supplied us with a good car at a great price with no attempt to rip us off with the insurance unlike a lot of companies. No need to take loads of pictures of the car before setting off etc. The only conditions were not to go off road and return the car with the same amount of fuel. Would highly recommend Pefanis

Simple and stress free. By far the best car hire experience we have had. They are located less than 1 minute away from the airport which makes arrival and departure super easy! The car itself was virtually brand new which made our visit even better! Would 100% recommend.
Great stress free car hireAll inclusive price takes away the need to take pictures of car on collection and that niggle that can take the edge of one's holiday about what is going to happen when one returns the car. From a quick reply to my initial email and to my email amending pickup times to answering the phone late in the evening they were very professional.Definitely would use again.
Excellent car hire experience from Perfanis. The booking system (submit request for a quote and then confirm by e-mail) is unusual but emails were answered very quickly. Very good value compared to traditional on-line booking companies and no requirement for a deposit or credit card. We were met at arrivals and transferred to the main car hire place which was a 2 minute drive away. The paperwork was all completed in a couple of minutes and we were on our way with a complementary map and no worries as full insurance was part of the price. The car was great with no issues. Dropping the car back was equally efficient and a very friendly service. 100% recommend.
Our experience from start to finish was very good with the email contact - the meeting point - payment - drop off. No excess fees - one price. We were very happy and will be booking with the same company this year. The driver who picked me up was very friendly and it’s about 4 minutes from the airport to the car lot. I then returned to get the rest of the family - garage opposite car lot to put in petrol. Happy customer
Pefanis have cancelled our car hire agreement (made over 6 months ago) with only 3 days notice. We now have only 3 days to make alternative arrangements before we arrive in Kefalonia. We have used Pefanis for years but will never trust them again.
I don't usually leave reviews .we turned up two days early for our car ,my mistake .The lady in the Lassi office was brilliant and sorted us a car somehow .Was very reassuring they cover everything on there insurance .Excellet service .
Fantastic car hire service - simple, friendly, relaxed and no strings attached - price as stated. Easy pick up and drop off. Would definitely use again if we visited the island and would highly recommend from our experience.
Very reasonably priced, very quick and efficient service. Fastest time i've ever picked up a car in. No quibbles over tyre sensor going out - not sure if out when i picked up the Fiesta, batteries go after 4-5 years, not a major issue. Car clean and ran well. Only issue was agent at airport had a board labelled Pef@nis - and i failed to spot it, after that all was excellent, including the rapid return to the airport as part of the return check. Would definitely use again on next visit to Kephalonia

Great car hire experience. No additional costs and good condition car. Was worried that I had to drop passenger and luggage at airport before returning car to depot which is only 1km away. But all went smoothly and I was transported back to airport in a few minutes. Will definitely use again.
Easiest, most transparent car hire experience I’ve ever had. Much cheaper than competitors but cars are in good condition and new(ish). Booked via email, paid when collected the car (cash or card accepted). No additional fees for insurance, extra drivers or young drivers (my partner and I are 23 and often have to pay extra when hiring a car). Just need to take your licence with you when collecting the car. Will collect from and drop you at the airport. We only had the car for a few days of our holiday so got the bus to and from the airport.
