Great customer service, product and overall experience
This site was incredibly easy to use! I work for a nonprofit organization, and the team was wonderful to work with. When I had questions and called in, they were friendly, responsive, and so helpful. We can’t wait to share these as gifts — I’d highly recommend them to anyone!

Personal Wine is great! Makes for a super cool gift for yourself or friends. Phil was so helpful and made the whole process quick and easy. He also double checked to make sure I was happy with the image I wanted to use. I've ordered here several times and will be coming back in the future!

Terrible Customer Service
I ordered almost $200 worth of stuff from this website for Christmas. They shipped half of it on one date then shipped the other half on another date. One of the shipments was damaged during transportation so they offered to replace it. Which they did. However, I was supposed to pick it up and it was shipped back. When I called them about this, and told them it was shipped back for some reason beyond my control they just basically told me to give up and they were going to refund my money for the second half of the order. Not only that but the guy on the phone acted like this was my fault saying "we sent this to you twice and you failed to get it" when both times I had nothing to do with the horrible handling of my order. Do not order anything from these people. Especially not for Christmas.

I was really excited to find Personal Wine! I love how I was able to personalize the label and send the wine all within the same place. Perfect gifts to literally personalize the experience for my bridesmaids!!After dealing with alot of stress from a big move, wedding planning, and crazy work week, there was a slight hiccup with the delivery. Ben from the customer service team was AWESOME. He helped me solve the issue ASAP and was such a pleasure to speak with over the phone. Highly recommend this company for solely because of the way their treat their customers (plus its a great gift!).

My order arrived very quickly. The process was smooth. The personalized labels were high quality, the pictures on them were perfectly clear and the design turned out exactly how it looked on the computer. Not to mention the actual wine was delicious. Buyer beware - need quality assurance
Buyer beware. I just sent someone a bridsesmaid invitation with a picture of us. Instead personal wine sent my friend a generic wine bottle with a picture of a baby milk bottle saying “you are going to need this.” Now im panicking all of my other bridesmaids are going to get a botched order...
